Holding a simple chocolate cake in her hand, Tzuyu tiptoed along with Sana as they go inside Yuan, Luan, and Nayu’s room.

Nang makarating na sila sa loob ng kwarto ay saktong natutulog pa ang tatlong bata. The three of them are sharing a king-sized bed at mabuti nalang talaga na hindi sila malikot matulog kaya bihira lang na may mahulog sa kanilang tatlo.

Tzuyu sat beside Yuan while Sana sat beside Luan. Nasa gitna nilang dalawa si Nayu— ang nag-iisang babae sa kanilang tatlo.

It’s the three kids’ 4th birthday kaya may dalang cake si Tzuyu as a surprise.

For everyone’s knowing, Sana gave birth to a healthy set of triplets four years ago. . . two boys and a girl whose names are Chou Yuan, Chou Luan, and Chou Nayu. The first one to come out is Yuan, a boy who exactly looks like Tzuyu but has Sana's pointed nose. The next is Luan, another boy with mixed features of Tzuyu and Sana's face. He has Sana's eyes and nose while he also has Tzuyu's lips and dimples. The youngest among the triplets is Nayu, a girl who looks like Sana but has Tzuyu's dimples too. The three of them were already good at reading and writing although they just turned four years old this day. Meanwhile, Hana is already eight years old and is now currently on her second grade.

“Shall we wake them up?” Tzuyu whispered as Sana just nodded as a response.

Tzuyu held the cake with one hand while she used the other to caress Yuan's arm softly. Second's later, the little boy's eyes were slowly opening.

Sana did the same to Luan, who opened his eyes too. Yuan and Luan sat up as they tried to wake Nayu up.

Nang magising na silang tatlo, Tzuyu and Sana stared at each other before looking at the three kids.

“Happy birthday!” the two of them exclaimed as the three children cheered happily.

“Thank you mama, thank you mommy!” they all said in unison as Tzuyu placed the cake on the side table first before embracing them.

After Tzuyu, they all embraced Sana also. Tzuyu stared at them while Sana was still cuddling with their three kids.

“Mommy, nasaan po si Hana noona?” tanong ni Luan nang makalayo siya sa pagkakayakap mula kay Sana.

With that being said, Hana suddenly barged in inside their room, holding a huge gift in her hands. And as always, Hana looked pretty with her soft brown hair and pretty brown eyes.

“Happy birthday Yuan, happy birthday Luan, happy birthday Nayu!” masayang bati ni Hana habang umakyat sa kama ng tatlong bata. She immediately gave the huge gift she got for her three younger siblings.

“Wow. Ang laki naman po ng gift. Thank you Hana noona!” Yuan uttered while showing his bright smile that could melt anything because of it's cuteness.

As soon as Yuan, Luan, and Nayu had finished ripping off the gift wrapper, the three of them received onesie with different designs. A fox onesie for Nayu, a cow onesie for Yuan, and a shiba inu onesie for Luan. Tuwang-tuwa naman ang mga bata sa regalo ni Hana.

“Hana, sinong bumili ng mga 'yan?” bulong ni Sana habang pinapasuot na ni Tzuyu ang mga onesie sa mga bata.

“Si daddy po. Actually, 'yan po talaga ang regalo niya sa kanilang tatlo. . .” Hana replied causing Sana to smile genuinely. Sobrang bait ni Hansol sa kanila that he even visits the three kids twice a week kasama si Mingyu.

Nang matapos nang bihisan ni Tzuyu ang tatlong bata ay pumunta na silang lahat sa living room, where Sana and Tzuyu's friends were patiently waiting with gifts for the three children.
