Darcy's POV

I jumped out of the car, I wanted to sleep. All I wanted was food and sleep. I walked in the house and grabbed ice cream. I grabbed a spoon and ran upstairs to my room to watch reruns of pretty little liars. I was about to fall asleep when my phone vibrated. The caller ID was the hospital, I answered it.

"Hello?"

"Hello Ms. Styles, your father has just woken up." She stated. I smiled, I had a big goofy smile on my face.

"Thank you, thank you! Can I come see him?" I didn't know what to say.

"Yes you may, have a nice evening." She hung up.

I did an odd happy dance in my room. I ran down the stairs, my heart was beating so fast. I have never felt this happy.

"He's up! He's awake!" I yelled.

"Shh, your going to wake up Jackson!" Aunt Perrie scolded.

"My dads awake! I need to go see him!" I whisper/yelled. Uncle Liam walked in.

"You seem happier then usual." He pointed out.

"My Dads awake can you please drive me to the hospital, please?" I begged.

"That's great! Yeah of course I will, get your shoes on!" He agreed. I threw on my converse and didn't even bother to tie them. I went outside to the car and jumped in.

The car ride felt like forever, I couldn't keep still. When we pulled in I was already taking off my seatbelt, he pulled up front to drop me off. I thanked him and bolted inside.

I ran down the hall when I ran into Hunter.

"What's going on?" He asked.

"He's awake." I announced, I didn't even give him time to say anything. I went to his room and knocked.

"Come in!" My Dad yelled.

I opened up the door and ran over and hugged him.

"Who are you?" He asked, my smile dropped. He doesn't remember me?

"I'm just kidding!" I hugged him so tight and he hugged me back. I missed him so, so much.

"I love you Daddy." I cried in his shoulder.

"I love you too Darcy. I would never, ever leave you." He whispered.

We finally stopped hugging, I just sat there smiling, so did he.

"I know this is a dumb question but, did you naturally wake up or did you fight to wake up?" I asked.

"I fought, I didn't fight for me though. I fought for you." I answered.

"Also Hunter came to visit me, he told me something interesting." My dad emphasized interesting.

"He told me that you weren't talking as much as you use too, so that means you talked as much as a normal person." He joked. "And that you weren't eating a lot... Darcy is this true?" He questioned.

"Yes, it is." I whispered.

"Why?" Was all he could say.

"I don't know, I just want hungry. Also you are the only person who can cook." I chuckled.

"Still, I'm going to let this one slide since I wasn't gone for very long." He told me.

"Can we get a puppy, or a kitten?" I randomly blurted out.

"Possibly, I think a puppy would be better to get if we're living with 17 people." Wow, we live with 17 people!? We should have a reality show.

"Maybe a pet isn't that good of an idea..." I sighed.

"I think you should get going, its starting to get late. I'll ring Liam" My dad told me.

"Okay." I agreed.

My Dad came home about a week ago, and we never got a pet. School is starting up in about 2 weeks, that means our Dads are going on tour and our mums go along with them. Paul isn't baby sitting us this time, it's Lux. I was sitting in my room with Kat, we were in our footy pajamas and we were having a Disney movie day. I didn't do a lot this summer, except for sit around all day and play on the computer. Maybe next year would be different, I already have my New Years resolution!
