Darcy's POV

I was home alone, everyone was at a party. I checked my clock, it was 9, they would be home by 10. I sighed and rolled back onto my bed, I have no friends to invite over so I'm all alone. I found a tennis ball lying on the floor in a pile of random objects. I started to throw the ball at the wall and it would bounce back, I threw the ball so hard at the wall it bounced back over my head and went under my bed. I rolled my eyes and crawled under my bed. I saw a purple box labeled 'Mummy and Me." I grabbed the box instead of the ball and put it on my bed. I carefully took off the lid and looked inside of the box, which was full of pictures of Mum and I. Some pictures had Dad in them, how did I forget about this box? I was snapped out of my deep thoughts by the doorbell. I wasn't aloud to open the door because it could be a fan or the Paps but, I had this feeling I should just open the door.

"Coming!" I yelled and ran down the stairs.

I opened the front door and I was face to face with...

My mum.

She still had twinkling blue eyes, wavy brown hair, and her tanish clear skin.

"Mum?!" I exclaimed.

"Hello Darcy." She greeted. I hugged her and she hugged me. I never have felt more happy in my life.

"I love you." I whispered.

"I love you too, I'm sorry but..." Her voice trailed off.

"But what?" I asked.

"I can't stay, I'm so sorry." Mum looked like she was about to cry.

"Why? Why not?" I quickly said.

"Your Father." Her voice was barley a whisper.

"What's wrong with Dad? He misses you, he still loves you." I told her.

"I can't stay, Darcy. I'm so sorry I just can't, I need to leave." With those words se left.

"Mum!" I sobbed, "Don't leave me!"

Mum left me, she got into a cab and left. I shut the door and put my back to it. I closed my eyes and sat down, I balled my eyes out.

What's wrong with Dad?

"Darcy!" Tommo yelled shaking me.

"What happened? Where is my Mum?" I asked.

"Darcy, you were having a dream, or a nightmare." Kat told me.

"What? It was a dream?" I whispered, talking to myself. They nodded, I looked up and noticed I was in my room.

"B-but it felt so real." I stuttered.

"Dreams do have that effect." Hunter popped out of no where and scared the daylights out of me. I glared at him and he smirked.

Me and Hunter aren't the best of friends. We are nicer to each other then we use to be...

"Hunter! Give me my Barbie!" I shouted.

"No!" He stuck his tongue out at me.

"Poopy head!" I growled.

"I'm telling!" Hunter announced running up the stairs.

"I'm telling first!" I exclaimed and ran up the stairs and followed him.

"Uncle Haz!" He shouted.

"Uncle Nialler!" I shouted.

"Here we go again." Mummy mumbled.

"Darcy called me Poopy Head!" Hunter told on me.

"Darcy!" Daddy scolded.

"Because he stole my Barbie and wouldn't give it back!" I fought. It was then his turn to be scolded by his Mummy and Daddy.

We were both forced to apologize, I don't want to though!

"I'm sorry for taking your Barbie." He murmured.

"I'm sorry for calling you Poopy Head." I sighed.

"Now you two go play with each other." Aunt Savannah instructed.

"Ew!" We chorused.

"Girls have coodies." Hunter pointed out.

"Boys are smelly." I added on.

"And kids are a handful... But we put up with it." Daddy said. "Go play or you will be visited by the tickle monster."

So I went downstairs and played Barbies while Hunter played a Batman video game.

I chuckled a little at the memory, Kat gave me a funny look.

"We're going to a secret hide out, wanna come?" Kat asked me.

"Sure, when are you guys going?" I asked.

"An hour or so." Hunter responded.

"Okay... yeah, I will start getting ready. Just give me a bit." I told them and stood up. They walked out and shut the door, I looked under my bed. I found a small box labeled "Mummy and Me." How did I never know I had this? I pulled the box from under my bed and placed it on my covers. I went threw the photos, I miss her so much. I hope she will come home soon.
