((Melody POV))
I couldn't help but grin. Seeing my beautiful kingdom after such a long time of being gone. The dwarves stared in awe. I landed my feet on the cobble stone roads that floaed throughout the kingdom and admired the small crystal clear streams that floes on each side. The cute building had had made where just as I remembered and I looked into the trees to see the faerie houses. "Where is everyone? Aren't there supposed to be other faeries?" Balin whispered behind me. I stepped forward and flew to light the torch in the center of the town. "Come out! There is nothing to fear." I said calmly but loudly. I started to hear wings flying out of the trees and smiled at the other Faeries who looked at me in surprise. I looked down at the dwarves and saw a small faerie child pushing her way through their legs. I flew and got down on my knees to meet the small girls height. "Queen Melody... Your home!" She said and started to cry as she hugged me tightly. I smiled and hugged her back. "Yes my sweet little one...I am home." I said causing the whole kingdom to go into a riot of cheer. "Quiet down!" I yelled with a laugh. "I have guests. They are to be treated with kindness and respect, just as though you would treat me." I said gesturing to the group of dwarves and Gandalf. Thorin looked up at me in surprise and shock. "This," I said landing on my feet pulling Thorin out of the group. "Is Thorin Oakenshied, son of Thrain, son of Throrr, King under the mountain." The faeries came closer to look at the dwarves. The little faerie girl tugged on my dress, I picked her up into my arms and she looked at Thorin. "Welcome to our kingdom, I hope you like it." The little girl said and place a flower crown on Thorin's head. I giggled as I watched his face. "I made it myself." The little faerie said shyly. Thorin grinned and took her into his arms. She was extremly small compared to him. "What is your name young one?" He asked. "Violet" Thorin smiled. "Thank you Violet, it's beautiful." I smiled at Thorin's sweetness towards my people. "The queen is home! We must feast!" I heard a random Faerie man yell from afar and the whole kingdom cheered. "Where is Cosset and Corus?" I asked. I saw a man I knew very well, he was the one I trusted to take care of my kingdom while I was gone. "Allistor....I missed you!" I said hugging him tightly. "Where are my Nieces?" Allistor nodded "Cosset is somewhere around here and Corus is hunting." I nodded and turned back to the dwarves. "This is Allistor, he is a dear friend of mine. Allistor please show them where they are staying and make sure it's comfortable. Thorin, please come with me." I said and grabbed Thorin's hand walking away as Allistor showed the others to their chambers.
Thorin and I walked in silence. "When where you planning on telling me you where a queen?" He asked sternly. "Well....I don't know....but now that you know....are you mad?" I asked tightening my grip on his hand. "Not at all, I'm just surprised you didn't want to tell me." "No no I wanted to! It's just... I just didn't know how you would react so I kept it to myself." Thorin sighed and followed me into my castle. It was large and white on the outside but very colorful on the inside. "It's beautiful." Thorin said looking around as we walked down the halls. "Would you like to see where your sleeping?" I said smiling. "I thought I would be with you." He said in a confused tone. "You are." I stated before opening two golden double doors. I entered my bedroom and laughed at the astonished face that Thorin made.
My bedroom was very full of nature, I had a waterfall that flowed into a pond that I bathed in the corner of the room that also flowed in a river around my bed. The stone walls where lined with tree roots and vines growing beautiful roses. My bed was made of a tree framed with branches and I have silk blankets. I looked at Thorin's wonder struck face that made me happy. I pulled him out to the balcony that looked over my kingdom. "It's beautiful, I'm happy you brought us here." Thorin said placing a hand around my waist. "I'm happy I felt as though I could trust you all enough to bring you here." I said turning. I placed a sweet kiss to Thorin's lips and smiled at him. "I'm happy your okay...I was so terrified when I saw you uncontious..." I said feeling tears threatening to fall. Thorin took notice. "It's okay my love, it's okay" he said pulling me into his arm stroking my hair. I looked at his attire and noticed how he was all dirty and bloody once again. I gave him new clothes and took his old ones to be washed and sown to fix the cuts and holes, I also changed into a lose pair of white pants and a shirt that hugged my waist. I looked at Thorin and he had a very stern look on his face, he looked stressed. " Thorin...can you do me one favor?" I asked. "What?" "Can you please...just relax...for one night? Just have fun? Don't you miss having fun?" Throin kept his strict expression and I poked his stomach "smile!" He cracked a grin and turned away. "THORINNNNNN SMILEEEEE" I yelled jumping on his back. "Agh ahahaha okay okay! Get off of me!" I giggled and held on tighter. "Hey your in my kingdom now! And I say you carry me." I could tell he rolled his eyes before giving in and allowing me to ride on his back. I kissed his cheek and hugged him as we traveled down into the town streets.
