I never really do first-person view, so why not on this one-shot lmao-
Prompt: Date with a self-conscious Error and an overprotective Nightmare.

Nightmare's P.O.V

"Where did you take me this time?" Error grumbled under his breath, but I knew he really wanted to go here for a long time.

I may have had to kill- persuade, a few people to let us in, but it all worked out in the end. Error and I arrived at the amusement park.

Error was kind of on the childish side, so I knew something like this would at least interest him. As soon as he got out of the portal, his eyes sparkled.

"Isn't this kinda.." Error muttered to himself, going back to his more serious persona. I gave him a small pat on the back and held his hand.

"Don't worry Error, It'll be fun. I promise." Error smiled lightly, and they went over to one of the first attractions, a Carousel.

Nightmare looked at Error, but Error looked hesitant. Nightmare gave him a confused look, and Error sighed.

"You see all those kids on there?" Error asked. Nightmare looked, and indeed, there were only kids on there.

"You're too scared to go on with so many children on?" Nightmare asked. Error blushed and slowly nodded.

Nightmare decided to save his usual snarky responses for later. "Do you want me to come with you?" Error shook his head.

"That would be worse.." Error muttered. Nightmare smiled and kissed him on the cheek. Error's face started to resemble a blueberry.

"You're one of the most feared sanses in the multiverse, Error." Nightmare said. Error still looked a bit more hesitant.

Nightmare gave Error his signature sadistic smirk. "If anyone even comments anything about you, I'll kill them."

Error smiled and hugged him slightly. "Thank you." Error said before running off to the Carousel. Nightmare chuckled slightly.

He soon spotted Ink, Dream, and Blueberry come in. Blueberry took both Dream and Ink's hand and bolted to the Carousel.

Nightmare bolted with them, and they stopped. He just had to stall them long enough for Error to go on the ride.

"Oh hello, brother. What are you doing here?" Dream asked. Nightmare internally screamed at himself to make up an excuse.

"Horror and Killer pretty much forced us all to come here." He said, grumbling. "I hate them sometimes."

"Wanna hang out with us then? Blue really wanted to go on the Carousel and Ferris wheel, if that's okay." Dream laughed.

Nightmare looked over to the two, trying to pull Dream away from Nightmare. But, defying all logic, Dream stayed put.

"You guys seem like you're having fun there." Nightmare snirked. Ink shot him a death glare while Blue smiled.

"If you say one thing to me I'll carve your insides and force your little boyfriend to eat them." Nightmare, Ink, and Dream all gave Blue a "wtf" look.

Nightmare looked over, and the guy who worked there closed off the gate to the carousel, so no outsiders could come in. His Error was safe.

"Well, sorry for bothering ya lil bro." Nightmare smiled, patting Dream on the head. Dream giggled slightly.

"It's okay, we'll just go to-" 

They all turned around to see the carousel already going. Ink and Blue sighed, but Dream dragged them along another way.

Once they were gone, I let out the sigh that was stuck in my throat. I haven't ever tried something like that.

After the carousel ride, Error ran over and hugged me. I let out a small chuckle, and I feel my arms wrap around him.

"Didjya have fun?" Nightmare asked. Error nodded, and suddenly, Error was leading him to anywhere that looked interesting. 

We went boating racing next. Error and I lost horribly, but we still had fun. (I'm pretty sure Error's really salty though)

3rd person P.O.V

Error got comfortable soon after the boat race. He started getting competitive, but no one really tried to verse him. Which Error was okay with.

They played more games, such as Ring toss, throughout the day. It was finally approaching dark, and they had gotten through almost the entire park.

Nightmare pointed to the Farris wheel, one of the last attractions. Error looked up and smiled excitedly.

"Come on, let's go!" Error took Nightmare's wrist and ran. Nightmare laughed a bit to himself, and just let Error drag him over.

They got to the front of the line quickly because they were so kind- NOPE everyone is scared shitless of the two.

Error and Nightmare got in one of the boxes (Shush-) and Error sat beside Nightmare. Error laid his head on Nightmare's shoulder.

As the ride started, Error started dozing off. Nightmare chuckled a bit as he watched him fall asleep.

Nightmare enjoyed the ride while it lasted, and finally, it was over. 

Nightmare poked Error. "Error, get up." Error grumbled, and refused to get up. Nightmare sighed.

He picked Error up and walked over to a recently made portal that leads to the mansion that they all called their home.

Nightmare looked around but didn't see anyone around. He sighed and carried Error to his bedroom.

Nightmare put Error on the bed and put the covers over him. He left the room, and decided to just hang around until the other three came back.

Earlier in the day...

"ARGH! Where's Nightmare?" Horror asked. Dust sighed and looked up from the book he was reading, make-out violence.

"He went on a date with Error." Dust sighed, going back to his book. Killer smiled and patted Horror on the back.

"We can all go kill people all we want now without nightmare going "Ohhh Stop killing them, I need some alive" Killer butt in, smirking.

"Hell yeah!" Horror smirked, taking his cleaver out of his skull. Dust stood up and gave them both a cold smile.

"Of course, I'm in too."  Dust smirked. Horror and Killer squealed, attempting to be moe, and teleported to some kind of swap AU.

I tried soo hard to make this 1000 words when I had no idea how to play this out.
I think it worked.
