Chapter XI: Crush or More Than That?

Rain's POV
It's weekend and students who wants to go to Hogsmeade are leaving. I went down to the common room, my mind is still floating up in the space. I can't get over of what had happened 3 weeks ago.

All i can see is his onyx eyes, his hooked nose that suited him, his seducing lips, his perfect face.

I shook my head. But then i failed to get him out of my mind. The scene that happened 3 weeks ago keep on coming back.

I got back to reality when i bumped to someone.

"I'm sorry" i said

"Rain, when did you get here" said Ron. He's the one i bumped into. Then i notice Harry and Hermione at the couch.

Dumbledore and I had a little adventure, so i didn't attend my classes for 1 week. Which is he excuse me. And the trio knows it.

"I just got back hours ago. I didn't bother to wake you, have you eat breakfast already?" i said changing the topic.

"Not yet, we decided to wait for you, but since you already here, let's go" Hermione. Seems like she knows that i will arrived today. I just nod and headed to the Great Hall.

Again my mind is floating to space. Rain can't you just forget it. It's your fault anyway, you said you'll do anything he wants. Besides that's 3 weeks ago.

Me and my mind have been debating that for 3 weeks. Even at our little adventure with Dumbledore.

I tried to forget but hell it won't. I let out a deep breath.

"Are you okay" Hermione said.

"ah, yeah, i'm fine" i lied. And back to my thoughts.

We sat down to where we always sitting. My mind still floating at the space traveling the universe where his face is all i can see.

Hermione is saying something, but i'm too occupied at the moment.

"Rain! Rain are you listening" Hermione said. I look at her.

"I'm sorry what was that again" Hermione shook her head.

"I'm saying that Ron and I will go to Hogsmeade and Harry too, we are asking you if you want to come." she said.

"I thought we can't go without the permission form being signed" i said.

"Harry will be using his Invincibility Cloak, that's why i'm asking you if you want to come."

"Oh alright, i guess i'll pass, i'm planning to spend my day at the library, i need to catch up to the lessons i have missed." I said they said okay and eat breakfast.

I escorted them outside. Harry and I are at the door. We saw the twins not far from us, building a snow man.

"The twins will notice you" i said.

"They won't" Harry said confidently.

"Wanna bet?" i said smirking.

"What's the catch?" he said. I smiled wide.

"If you win i will give you my broom" i said. His eyes widened.

"And if you lose, your gonna buy me goggles." i added. He was surprised.

"I reckon that's a little bit unfair" he said. Yeah who would bet his/her broom for silly bet. Well, me! Hahaha

"Do we have accord?" i said. He hesitate but he agreed.
