Charpter XIII: Partronus Charm

Rain's POV
       After what Hermione did, Harry ceases speaking with her, though she had a good intention in reporting the firebolt. Ron also no longer speaking terms to Hermione because of crookshanks been attacking scabbers non-stop. I can feel it too, there's something odd with Ron's rat.

"It's fine Hermione, everything will gonna be alright. You three have been friends since you start anttending Hogwarts" i'm trying to cheer up Hermione for the past few days.

"Tell me Rain, did i made a wrong decision?" he asked again.

"No, you just cared for him, which means that you love your friend that much" i said.

"If i'm at the same position right now, i would do the same" i smiled at her and pat her shoulder.

"Thank you Rain" she smile.

"You three will sort it out" i smiled assuringly.

Meanwhile, Harry starts his private lesson with Professor Lupin. A Patronus Charm that can drive off a dementors.

It's January, everyone is excited for Slytherin and Ravenclaw match next week.

I'm walking down at the corridors to the Library when a first year Slytherin approached me.

"Are you Rain Lancaster?" he asked. I nod and smile.

"Professor Snape's looking for you, he said he wants you at his classroom now" what does he need this time.

"Okay, thank you-?"
"Liam, Liam Anderson" he answered.
"Thank you, Liam" i said smiling and walks down to the dungeon.

I knocked at the door and he said 'Enter' just like always, cold and bitter.

"I believe you want to see me, Professor?" i said as i closed the door and walks toward him who is leaning at the table with crossed arms infront of his chest.

His eyebrow arch, i mentally roll my eyes.

"Fine. Why do you want to see me, SEVERUS" i said emphasizing his name. He just smirk and gesture his hand pointing the chair infront of him.

I sat down and stared at him. He didn't say any word, he just stared at me.

"I don't have time for staring sessions, Severus" i said and he chuckle.

"Did Potter start his private lesson with Lupin?" he asked and sit at his chair.

"Yes" i answered shortly.

"Patronus Charm?" he asked again

"Yes, why do you even care?" i said looking at him suspiciously 😏

"Do you know what Patronus Charm is?" he asked me instead of answering my question.

"Yes, i've learned about that and those dementors at Ilvermorny" i answered.

"Did someone teach you?"

"None, i learned it all by myself" i said.

"Have you ever produce a Patronus?" he asked again. Why is he interested anyway.

"Why are you interested, anyway" i questioned back.

"Because if you don't i can teach you so you can protect yourself from Dementors" he said seriously.

Instead of answering him..

"Expecto Patronum" i casted and silver light came out at the end of my wand and formed a well-formed Lion Patronus.

His jaw dropped when he sees my Patronus.
