"HOLY SHIT!,"

I cover my mouth with my hand as a massive, blue, full-sized blimp leisurely sails through the sky, looming over us like a navy storm cloud. The ground is vibrating from the sound of it's engine, the blimp dominating the skies with it's sheer mass. I can vividly imagine everyone in all the nearby houses peering out of their windows in astonishment, wondering what in the world this thing could possibly be for. As it slowly turns around, i see that it is one of those that have the enormous LED screens on the side.

It's the sentence that is written in massive, fluorescent capital letters for all to see that makes my head spin uncontrollably and my heart swell with happiness.

"I LOVE YOU, Y/N"

I watch in awe as the blimp glides past us. I cannot keep the shocked grin off of my face as I look at Jungkook, and I cover my mouth with my hand as my eyes well up with tears.

"What do you think?" he asks.

I throw my arms around his neck and start to cry. I have to admit, it feels so good to be in his arms as he holds me tight and rocks me back and forth. I've never felt so secure, and for the first time I really feel that his feelings for me are raw and true. All the doubts in my mind I had about him not truly being in love with me weren't needed. Everyone else knew all along, everyone else could see it except for me. But now that i'm here in his arms i finally realize... Jungkook cares for me just as much as i care for him, and that's not going to change anytime soon.

We stay in that position for a while as my sobs start to slow down. I pull my face away from the crook of his neck and kiss his lips passionately. I draw away and turn to look at the huge vessel making it's way back in the direction it came, the four words still lit up brightly in neon yellow. I rest my forehead against his as he gently wipes away my tears.

"I love you too, Jeon Jungkook"

We walk back along the street again towards my house, full and satisfied from the delicious spread of food that Jungkook so painstakingly put together. His arm is around me and my head is resting on his chest. I let out a small chuckle, causing Jungkook to look down at me and frown quizzically.

"Why are you laughing?"

I smile. "Nothing, it's just... how did you get hold of a freaking blimp?" I look up at him, still amazed and in awe of the fact that he would do something this big and expensive for me.

"I hired one," he says simply.

I give him a look.

"You hired one? Is that all the details I'm getting?"

He shrugs. "Yup,"

"But that's so cool though! Did you hire someone to drive it?"

"Not... exactly,"

I stare at him in curiosity. "What do you mean, not exactly?"

"Well... let's just say that during his early years of college, Yoongi Hyung was trying to figure out what career path he wanted to take and he ended up trying a lot of new hobbies. That experimenting led him to do some pretty interesting things,"

He looks away from me and up at the sky, the moonlight shining into his mischevious eyes. That classic Jungkook smirk that makes my heart skip a beat every time it appears on his perfect pink lips.

"One of them being; acquiring a license to be a blimp pilot"

A/N

THAT'S A WRAP, FOLKS. i'm really sorry if you hated it, I am aware that it was pretty cringe and bad on the whole and a really shit way to end. I truly apologise if I wasted your time ;)

On a more positive note, I would just like to sincerely thank each and every one of you who have read and voted for my fanfiction. This was my first time ever writing a full work, and it really gave me the motivation to write when I saw people actually reading it. I know that numbers don't matter, but before I began I was expecting maybe 100 reads tops. To get to nearly 2k reads may not seem like a lot to some Wattpad writers out there, but to me, it is more than enough to make me very happy. I am extremely grateful for those of you that stuck it out for the whole journey. I was literally sitting through a particularly boring science class one day, and I just decided to ditch my experiment and start writing a fanfiction in the spur of the moment. I had no idea that it would end up meaning a lot to me.

I almost never finish what I start, and this feels like the first time I've actually finished something. So regardless of whether this was a really bad fanfiction, I'm proud that I actually finished it because to me, that's an achievement by itself. Yeah I don't have many achievements and I sound cringe lolol stop judging me

Anyway I had so much fun writing this, and I'm definitely going to be writing another fanfic somewhere down the line, so hit the follow button if you wanna see how that turns out... who knows, maybe that one will actually be good?

and if you're still here somehow, yes, there will be a short epilogue coming soon :)

adios, amigos x
