WHASSUP BISHES

Firstly, I would like to ask that you do not leave any negativity directed at me or other readers of this book in the comment section. If they aren't respectful, please just keep your thoughts to yourself :)

I apologize in advance if I offend anyone in any way during this story, that is not the intention. Every word of this book is from my imagination, so any similarity to other stories on Wattpad or real-life events is purely coincidence. All of the characters are from my imagination, except, of course, BTS. There might be some really minor mature content, but there will be no full-on smut so if that is what you are here for then exit the story now.

If I make any grammatical mistakes please feel free to let me know in the comments, that kind of helpful criticism is welcomed and encouraged. I will try my best to edit everything but I'm only human. If I miss something, it would be greatly appreciated if you pointed it out. There is a tiny bit of swearing in this book, just putting it out there in case you don't like reading cuss words.

I'm really looking forward to seeing what I can gain from this experience with all of you. Please never be afraid to comment, I enjoy reading them. Also feel free to message me privately if you have any questions or just want to chat.

Without further ado, i'll let the story begin.

Enjoy :)

"Y/N! DID YOU FORGET TO REPLACE THE GOD DAMN TOILET PAPER AGAIN?"

You let out a long sigh as the sound of your older brother's deep voice pounds in your head. You tentatively take a sip from your mug and let the rich caffeine glide over your tongue. Hands shaking, you place a panadol in your mouth and swallow in the hopes of lessening the throbbing coursing through your head.

"Oh, shut up Tae, give her a break. It's her first day of work." Your head snaps up at the familiar voice, eyebrows raising as the slender form of your best friend flounces through the front door and stands in the kitchen doorway.

"Morning," Minji chimes brightly. She's always been the optimistic type, always seeming to have an endless supply of energy. You acknowledge her tiredly with a slight nod of your head, instantly regretting it as another wave of pain crashes in. You barely got a wink of sleep last night, the stress and prospect of the first day of your brand new job keeping your mind from rest. This has been your dream position since high school: to work for JJK, Seoul's largest computer company. You worked hard to get your degree, managing to get an interview just two months later. Now you've successfully got the job, and the last thing you want to do is mess it up.

"Good god, you look a wreck."

Your best friend notices you wincing. She glances at you with concern as she pours herself a cup of coffee and sits down beside you at the kitchen bar. You shoot her a scathing glare, but she just half smiles and reaches into her red Gucci purse, taking out a tube of concealer.

"Here, let me," Minji gently applies the concealer under your eyes, blending it in carefully. Producing a tube of nude lipgloss, she sweeps it across your lips. Leaning back on the stool, she smiles and nods with satisfaction.

"There you are. All the sexy businessmen will be after you now," she winks at you. You groan, hitting her arm playfully. She is always trying to introduce you to new people and set you up on dates, insisting that you could use a man in your life.

"You know Minji, I didn't work my ass off for this degree so that I could mess around trying to catch the attention of a bunch of random men."

"Riiiiight, of course you didn't."

You smile at her with fondness. You met Minji at the University of Seoul, where you were both studying computer science. She's been your loyal best friend ever since, and you always have each other's backs. Minji knows you better than anyone else. She can tell how you are feeling at a glance, even if you say otherwise. She is looking at you with sympathy in her eyes, and you can tell that she can practically feel the nerves radiating off you this morning. You can't stop thinking about the day ahead. Your best friend leans across and gives you a comforting hug.

"You'll be fine," she reassures you, pulling away. Looking down at her watch, she grins at you excitedly.

"Come on, time to go."

"BYE Y/N!"

"WORK HARD SIS! LOVE YOU!"

You laugh as your brother and your best friend push you out of the car next to the building of your new workplace, feeling like a kid being waved off by her parents to start her first day of school. Taehyung's and Minjis fun-loving personalities had managed to dim down your nerves a little on the car ride through the city, but now as you turn to face the massive skyscraper before you every doubt in your mind comes rushing back like a tsunami. Staring at the windows that climb up the tall stories, you feel your stomach flip. At the interview, they had said that they would 'try you out'.

You know that this means you have one shot and one shot only. Can you trust yourself to not do something stupid and screw it all up?

You take a deep breath, smoothing your white blouse and black pencil skirt, and begin to confidently stride towards the front entrance.
