Reacting to your death (Jake)

"JAAAAKKKKKEEE" a voice echoed

Jake woke up fast to see he was in his own bed, he looked to the side to see sherry sleeping quietly, he breathes softly as he remembered why Sherry's beside him, she was there to keep him company every night.

Jake sat up and looked out the opened window to see the dark raining skies.

"Another nightmare" sherry said softly.

"Yea...".

"About (Y/n)".

Jake breathes softly and sat in the age of the bed "Yea"

Sherry sat up and looked at him "I miss her to jake but she did it for you to save the world".

Jake breathes softly "I know ..... but seeing her face ..... getting crushed by that thing in China" Jake stood up "all I hear when I sleep is her scream my name, it's actually driving me insane"

Sherry listens to him "it hunts me to jake but there was nothing we could've do, it was her sacrificing herself to help or us all dying".

Jake closed his eyes and laid his head on Sherry's lap "I do miss her a lot

"I know Jake" sherry said softly as Jake held sherry waist tightly.
