Josh's P.O.V
I can't help but constantly stare at the picture on the screen of my phone. A little white speck, labeled 'baby'.
Delilah sent me pictures from her first ultrasound, which I'm still pretty wretched over the fact that I couldn't make it. But her brother was there for her.
I still don't know how we're gonna tell my parents. Delilah's mom was easy. We just didn't tell her at all. They haven't been on good terms lately, even though I wish they were. I respect her decision, though.
Jenna suggested we send a cute "grandma/grandpa" card, with some ultrasound pictures inside, but my family is way past that. I would need to go all out.
"Ooh, whatcha got?" Jenna plops down on the seat next to me. "IS THAT FROM THE ULTRASOUND?!" She yells, gaining Tyler's attention, who's now sitting on the other side of me.
"I don't see it." Tyler says, straight-faced.
"She's only a few weeks, dummy. It's probably like a grain of rice right now." She says, pointing to the speck. "Sucks we couldn't be there. I woulda cried."
I know I would have. I honestly just want to be home right now.

Delilah's P.O.V
The stage lights turn back on, and a couple members of the band start to walk out. I still haven't seen Ben. I'm starting to panic.
"Where's the nearest restroom?" I ask the bartender, who points to the west end of the venue, which thankfully isn't crowded with people.
I race over, trying not to look at the stage. I'm gonna be sick.
No one is in the bathroom. I get a good look at myself in the mirror, and notice that I've lost a lot of the color in my face.
A quick splash of water subsides the feeling in my stomach, but I know that it will be back as soon as I leave this bathroom.
I dial my brother's number, only for it to go straight to voicemail.
"Shit!"

Josh's P.O.V
Jenna's still next to me, but she has a sour look on her face.
"What's up?" I ask, mildly concerned.
"You don't want to know." She says, looking down at her phone. I peak over to see her on Twitter.
"Jenna, seriously, what?"
She shows me the message.
@ShawntheMilke: Columbus friends! We're coming to you October 4th. Come show your face!
"And?" Delilah's got a restraining order that he's been pretty good about following. Don't get me wrong, I hate the guy's guts. But he hasn't bothered us in a long time.
"Just thought it was weird that he sent this to me. It was from a couple weeks ago, but I just checked my messages."
"I'll give her a call later. Phone's dead right now. I'm sure it's fine."

Delilah's POV
I step out of the bathroom, half-expecting my brother to be sitting at the bar. But he isn't. I take the spot that I was in before, slowly craning my head to the stage.
There he is. There he fucking is. The guy who ruined my early adulthood. Literally forced me to lose myself.
And he's looking right at me.
Man, I really should have renewed that RO.
\\
"Why was he singing to you? Is there something going on that I don't know?!"
"Excuse me? Were you even there? We were at a concert, Shawn! Just because he was looking in our general direction, doesn't mean he was singing TO me!"
"Are you fucking him?"Slap.
"Please let go...I would never lie to you."
//
"Hey!" Ben sneaks up next to me, ripping me from the flashback. "Are you okay? Should we leave now?"
"I'm...no. Let's stay."
"You sure?" He looks down at my cheeks. "Lilah, you're crying, let's go." He grabs my hand, but I pull back.
"We're staying. I can do this." I look back at the stage, listening to a song I haven't heard in years. The crowd is actually enjoying it.
I kinda am, too. They've improved a lot.

After the show
We ended up staying for the whole concert. Which was a lot of fun, but even better after Shawn's band got off the stage. Nothing bad happened, aside from Ben getting pretty tipsy. But, that's what pregnant sisters are for, right? A designated driver.
I called Mia and let her know that I'd be dropping him off. She offered to take the car and take me home once he gets settled in bed.
"I'm sorry, I told him not to drink too much tonight," Mia shuts their bedroom light off, joining me on the couch. "How was it? I heard who was there."
"It was fine. Ben had a lot of fun, which he needed."
She looks at me with sympathy in her eyes, and moves her hand from her own stomach to mine.
"Try not to stress yourself out. You already have a past of complications and a little stress could easily ruin everything."
"I'll be fine."
"Okay. Let's get you home, then."
We both head out to the car. My phone dings a couple times.
