"Agh!" I yelped and flung my hand, the spider flew off and onto the floor. I looked down at my hand, two red marks dotted my hand about half an inch apart.

"Where did it go?" MJ ran over and gazed at the floor. I clutched my hand, the pain already easing off.

"D-dunno." I mumbled, and shook my head.

"You good?"

"Yeah. I'm fine." I nodded and forced a smile.

"Ok, you have any notes that I can copy? Wasn't paying attention."

A little dazed, I handed her my notes without saying anything.

"Uh, are you sure you're okay?"

"J-just needa go to the b-bathroom." I stuttered, getting hit with a wave of nausea. I walked, or stumbled, to either Dr Marie or Dr Conners. At this point I couldn't tell.

"W-where's the... bathroom?" I asked, the floor beginning to flip.

"Down the hall to the right." The Dr said, and I quickly walked to the hall. I just made it to the bathroom and locked it before everything I had eaten today came up. I rested my elbow on the seat, and my arm on my head.

"Ughh..." I groaned and tried to keep my head from falling, as the floor and ceiling had completely switched. Trying to focus my eyes which had kept blurring, I breathed slowly. Sweat beads formed on the back of my neck and it took everything in me to not pass out right there.
After a couple minutes, I was able to tell which was up and which was down. I stood up, wobbling a bit, but I could walk. Taking a bit of paper towel, I wiped off my mouth.

I headed out and met up with the rest of the group.

"Hey, are you ok?" MJ asked with a questioning look on her face. I could tell she was concerned.

I nodded. "Yeah don't worry. Just really had to pee."

Her usual smile returned on her lips. "Oh, ok!"

The rest of the day was very fuzzy, and most of the time I was either zoning out, or stumbling. On the bus ride home, someone sat next to me and they might have been talking to me or someone else. I couldn't tell, as everything was muted.
When we got off, I grabbed my bag and staggered off, like a zombie. My hand was throbbing, and the bite mark had a red and white ring around it.
Arriving home, I took off my shoes and put my bag on the sofa. May and Ben sat at the table doing a puzzle.

"Heya sport, how was the trip?" Ben piped up from in the kitchen.

"Uh, it was ok. I'm gonna go to bed, I'm kind of tired."

"You won't have anything to eat?" May asked.

"No, I'm not hungry." I started up the stairs.

"Ok, well binder off!" She called as I reached the top.

When I got to my room, I closed the door behind me, fumbling to get to my bed. I took off my glasses, shirt and binder and dropped them next to me. Then both my legs completely gave out, and I collapsed on the floor.
Shivering, with my shaking arm I reached out on my bed to drag a blanket to cover my body.
Blackness surrounded my vision, and I passed out.

...

I woke up the next day, feeling the scratchy carpet underneath my bare back. I blinked a couple times and I stared at the fan on my ceiling. Looking around, I remembered what happened, and checked my hand.
Strangely, the redness and swelling had all vanished, and the only trace was a small scar next to my thumb.
"Weird." I mumbled out loud. Sitting up, the blanket fell off my chest and I looked around for my glasses. Finding them a couple feet away, I put them on, but couldn't focus my eyes, and everything was blurry. I took them off, and it was clear. Raising them to my eyes again, it was still blurry. I took them off and folded the arms, putting them on my bedside table.
"Ok then..." I muttered, confused of what in the world was going on. But with my arm reached out, I stared at it.
"Woah..." I exhaled, and a bicep that was clearly not there before was just... there. I flexed my arm and it looked like I'd been going to the gym for months. I marvelled at my muscles for a second, and took off the blanket.
Abs.
How did I get abs?
And how the hell did my quads get so manly?
