A/N: Ok, s, ome of you know what's going on, some of you don't. Basically, the other part that was published was just a draft that I published accidentally, and it was actually supposed to be this one. Then I asked you guys which one you wanted, and everyone that commented said they wanted this one, so yeah.

"Please... please kid, stay with us, please stay awake." the doctor said, and Spider-Man moaned in pain. "Come on, you can do this. The ambulance is almost here."

Peter shook his head. The pain was so unbearable, everywhere, that he couldn't even breathe without it hurting. His veins felt like they were on fire, and he knew he would faint soon.

"I c-can't b-breathe..." he whimpered, and clutched at his chest. "I c... I ca... can't..."

"Ok, we really need to sit you up now. There could be blood pooling in your lungs."  he said, beginning to panic. He was a doctor of 13 years, but once Spider-Man's life was on the line, he began to stress more than he ever had.

He once again slipped his hand under the small arch of Spider-Man's back, and lifted him up. He let out a cry in pain, but obliged.

The doctor put his arm around Spider-Man's waist, and he slumped against the doctor's side. Peter was in too much pain to even bear using his muscles to sit up straight.

"Is that better?" he asked, and Spider-Man only gave a little nod. He was fading quickly, as his head kept nodding, and his body was giving out. Even with the sweater tightly wrapped around his broken leg, blood continued to trickle and pool onto the concrete.

"No no no..."

The crowd could only watch and cry, as Spider-Man's life began slipping away. What were they supposed to do? There was nothing they could do!

Then the doctor saw Spider-Man perk up. He lifted his head and looked around. "Are you ok?"

"I h-hear something..." Peter winced.

"Ambulance sirens?" he asked, and strained to listen for anything.

"N-no. Something else." Peter closed his eyes, and tried to focus on the sound. It was definitely familiar, but he couldn't place it. It was engine-like. It was getting closer too. He hoped it was someone coming to help.

The pain in his leg and chest at this point was so painful that he knew he was going to pass out soon. It was honestly taking everything in him to stay awake. However he knew that if he did end up passing out, he most likely wouldn't wake up again.

He moved his leg, but immediately wish he hadn't, as the snapped bone shifted. He gasped, and let out a cry. He couldn't hold out any longer. The pain was too much.

"Oh what did you do now?" a metallic voice called out from above them. The crowd looked up, shocked to see Iron Man hovering above their heads. He flew down to the small clear area, and landed next to Spidey.

"Kid, you done fucked up." he said and shook his head.

Peter opened his mouth to say something, but all that came out was some sort of a whimper.

Tony's mask flipped up. "And your leg, holy shit. Damn, I hope I don't throw up... I gotta take you to the tower right now."

"Sir, I don't think it would be the best to move him right now-" the doctor started, but Tony put up a hand.

"Well, I certainly don't think that leaving him here would be the best either. I can get him to the tower in maybe 10 minutes. The nearest hospital is like... a-lot-more-than-that minutes away." Tony looked at Spidey, and then looked at his leg. "God damn it." he mumbled. He carefully scooped up Spider-Man bridal style, making sure to mind his leg.
