"Alright honey, your father and I must leave for work now." My mom says, before both my parents make their way out of the house, leaving a kiss on my forehead. The house all of a sudden felt as if it had lost life to it. I didn't care too much as I was used to this. Sometimes, I wondered why my parents always had to work, it was like work meant more to them than me. But, that is not true.

Or is it?

I shook my head at my absurd thoughts. Just as I was about to go and relax on the couch, my phone ringed indicating I had just received a message. It was Jason.

I want you to come over today.
Looking forward for your visit.

Jason, x.

The message was followed by his address.

I smiled at the little text. He wanted me to come over. Just the thought itself made my insides tingle. But, was it really safe to go to a male's house? My parents have always warned me about visiting someone's house, especially in which only men were present there. In fact, they didn't want me going at all, in that case. That means I should sneak out. My eyes widen at the thought. I've never snuck out in my life, not even once. Not wanting to disappoint Jason, I decided to make a plan. I will just tell my parents Lea asked me to over. Speaking of Lea, I need to ask him about her today.

As I made my way upstairs, my thoughts were once again interrupted. What should I even wear? I didn't have any make up, nor any sexy type of dresses. I decided to wear a normal T-Shirt and a pair of leggings. Once I was done getting dressened up, I decided to style my hair a bit differently today. I wanted to let it down. I grabbed the comb and looked at the mirror. I looked like some hideous disney villain when I let my hair down. I stared at my reflection with disgust and just tied my hair up.

Fashion will never suit me.

I sighed, grabbing the keys and leaving the house. Was I really going to do this? Is this a good idea? And most importantly, will my parents find out? No, they wouldn't. They would be rather happy to know their daughter is finally making friends. Or so, they thought. I chuckled at the thought and texted my mom. I got in a taxi and the the driver drove us off to the address.

I payed and thanked the driver for the ride, but what left my jaw dropping was the enormous house that stood in front of me. It had a driveway spacious enough for at least five cars to be parked in it, along with a garage. It was as if this house just put my own house to shame. The exterior was exquisitely designed and modern enough.

I made my way to the door until I pressed the door bell, waiting patiently for Jason to open it. I corrected my outfit once again, hoping I didn't look uglier than I already was. To say that I was nervous was an underestimate, especially when this is the first time I had snuck out and that to, to a guy's house. The door opens revealing Jason. My eyes waste no time in landing on Jason's body. He was wearing some camo printed pants and a T-Shirt, as usual. My heart skips a beat knowing I have also worn a T-Shirt. The tiny details I notice make me delighted.

"Are you done checking me out, so you can come in, princess?" Jason asks, instantly removing me from my trance. I blush at his little nickname and look down. "You look beautiful." Jason says, before pulling us two into a sweet hug making me land on Jason chest as he carefully stroked my back. My heart once again does cart wheels, but sadly it didn't last that long though. I follow Jason inside, who had currently held the door open for me to enter. I flinch suddenly when the door clicks close. Jason and I were left alone at his house.

The interior of the house absolutely mesmerized me. There was a huge hallway which connected the living room to the stairs and a spacious kitchen as well. I looked up to find a chandelier hanging above us. It suited both the interior and the exterior perfectly.

"Is this your house?" I ask him in awe, "It's huge."

"Yes, do you like it?" He asks me as he makes his way to stand beside me.

Liking was an underestimate, I loved it. "It's amazing." I reply, smiling. He gives a small smile, with a nod as well.

"Make yourself home." He mumbles, indicating me to get seated or something.

I sit on the sofa still admiring the beautiful house Jason owns. I would love to live here forever. Like legit, forever. Me and Jason sit on the couch. I on the other hand, unsure of what to do, start playing with the curls of my hair. It was a frequent habit of mine to start playing with my hair as soon as there was awkward silence. I glance at Jason to see him looking at me. More like observing me.

The thought of Lea crawls it's way into my mind. I think I should ask him about her now. Will he get angry? Ugh, screw it.

"J-Jason,"

"Hmm."

I look at his curious eyes, still scared of what his reaction would be.

"D-Do you know who is Lea? Lea Routh?"

The minute I ask him that, I instantly feel him stiffen and his eyes go dark.
