-Rational thoughts.
The worst thing we can do is allow our feelings to overwhelm us.
As human beings, we have countless layers and a myriad of emotions, yet we often struggle to manage them effectively.
Here's my theory: feelings can be overrated.
They certainly impact us, and that's beneficial when we learn to regulate them.
But when we focus solely on our emotions and neglect our rational minds, we create chaos around us.
If we can coexist with our emotions without letting them dictate our actions, we can achieve incredible things.
For me, writing about my feelings has been cathartic, making them less consuming.
The beauty of putting pen to paper, regardless of how it sounds or is structured, lies in the fact that paper is an attentive listener—it absorbs everything.
Sometimes, all you need for clarity is to express your thoughts on paper.
Writing has helped me release heavy emotions and allow rational thoughts to find their rightful place.
By acknowledging the hurt, anger, heartbreak, and disappointment, I gradually began to move forward in my life.
We often fail to see how letting go of negative emotions creates space for something better.
We need to engage with our feelings only to release them and set ourselves free.
Avoidance won't bring healing; facing our emotions with the intention to heal and move on will.
I tend to intellectualize my emotions, but the key is to truly feel them until they no longer weigh us down, until we begin to heal.
It's okay to have bad days, but remember they will pass, and we all deserve a good life.
We can't wait for life to become easy before we choose happiness.
Always look forward to tomorrow as a reminder that life offers opportunities and works in your favor.
When faced with rejection, view it as redirection.
What is meant for you will always find its way back, and everything will be alright.
So, heal—that's my main message.
Our emotions and thoughts are intertwined.
Once you recognize the patterns, you can address the root of the issue.
