Connie had left the door open a tiny bit. Emma was there sitting on her lap babbling away. Jac approached her door and noticed it was open, she pushed on the door and it opened fully. She still stood back though. Why? Then the voice of her very own beautiful daughter filled her ears. Put it this was when she saw her office door open she was ready to kill anyone who was in there. Then she heard Connie talking to Emma. Connie loved Jac's daughter very much. They were looking out over the city from Jac's window. It was now about 8:30 – Emma was up very late for a five year old. However this didn't bother Jac. She took out her phone and took a photo of the two.

Then she said "Make yourself at home then" she was smirking.

Connie replied smartly and smugly "This was once my home thank you very much."

Connie placed Emma on the floor. Emma run at her mum shouting "Mummmmmyyyyyy!" She was excited as soon as her Mum bundled her up in hugs she began to rub her eyes.

Jac said "We will leave soon baby. Why don't you have a little sleep on my sofa?" Jac placed her on the sofa.

"What about Auntie Connie" Emma asked. Connie's heart melted – the love she had for this child despite the fact she was not her own she loved her dearly.

"I will see you soon sweetness." Connie said as she walked over and kissed Emma's head. "Love you sweetie have a nice sleep."

"Okay. Night, Night Auntie Connie Love you lots and lots like jelly tots. "

"Love you too honey." Connie replied running her hair through Emma's hair. She drifted off.

"Thank you Connie" Jac said

"That's okay" Connie replied smiling genuinely.

"By the way Fletch said you were amazing today and if you was not there the patient wouldn't be here. You have helped so many people Con; take a break." Jac said.

"He was in a bad condition, Fletch was good too. You should be proud of him." Connie replied

"I am." She replied smiling and continued "If you dare to tell anyone I will deny all knowledge of it." Jac smiled even more.

Connie smiled back "I'm sure you are. I believe you Naylor." Connie and Jac hug, while in this position Connie whispers in Jac's ear "Don't worry your secret is safe with me."

Jac laughs and pulls away "What secret?"

"That you care." Connie said smiling. "Drink soon... We will need to see if the Flac situation has improved."

"Flac?" Jac asked laughing.

"Emma's ship name apparently your quite the couple and have many fans at her school." Connie said knowingly

"But we're not together."

"Doesn't mean you don't want to be." Connie replied walking away knowing otherwise she would be there for ages.
