Chapter 14- Feelings Change

~Louis's POV~

I sat on my bed under millions of blankets crying and listening to sad songs about love. Someone knocked on my door but I just kept crying. After the person behind the door knocked two more times they opened the door. It was just my mom.

"Louis? Are you okay?" she asked me.

"Please go away." I politely asked her.

"It's just what if Eleanor was telling the truth about not telling the story to the press." I said.

"Louis I don't think she would ever tell anyone about the break-up, it's just as embarrassing for her as it is for you." my mom wisely told me. 

"You need to get ready for the party." she told me.

We were having a cook out later today. I would get to see my old friends, some relatives, and the guys and their girls are coming too. 

~Eleanor's POV~

We arrived in Barcelona about 4 hours ago. The hotel room had a view of the water perfectly. The bedroom had a blue and white theme. The kitchen had white bar stools and the living room had pictures of the water and flowers. Connor went down to the car to get the rest of our bags, so I just started to unpack everything. 

~Connor's POV~

"Here's the money." I told the woman standing opposite of me. 

"I'll get the tickets and we can leave right away." she said.

Her name was Lauren, she is my wife and partner in crime, literally.

"I'll meet you in the airport tonight." I told Lauren.

"Whatever. You should get back to the idiot." she said and then disappeared.

I walked into the room and saw El sitting on the couch. I walked over to her and sat next to her. She kissed me and then fell asleep in my arms. After an hour I quietly got up, repacked my stuff, and left.

~Louis's POV~

I had finally got ready and made myself look presentable. I just sat the end of my bed trying not to start crying again. I got up and went downstairs to the living room. I started looking at pictures that were hanging on the wall. Ones of all of the kids baby pictures, us with our grandparents, and other family pictures. There even was one with Lottie and Harry. I got to one with Eleanor and I. We were playing a board game being goofy. I smiled for a minute and then grabbed the picture and held it. 

"I'm sorry I hadn't taken that down." my mom said behind me. 

"It's okay mom." I told her.

"I'll put it away upstairs." she said and motioned for me to hand the picture to her.

"Actually can we keep it there?" I asked my mom.

She just smiled and walked to the door because the doorbell went off.

"Hey!" Niall loudly said. 

"Hello guys, so lovely to see you." my mom said as she hugged Niall and Amanda. Then Harry, Macie, Zayn, Perrie, Liam, and Sophia walked in and were greeted by my mom. 

"Hey." Harry said with excitement at first but then saw me holding the picture and got less excited. 

"Oh, hey." I said.

I hadn't realized I was holding the picture still so I put it back on the wall. I walked over to them and just acted like I was okay because that would just be so much easier.

It has been 3 hours into the party and everyone is enjoying their selves. I got to see alot of my friends from school, relatives, and friends of Fizzy and Lottie. 

"Louis get the door!" my mom yelled from the backyard.

I walked to the front door and opened it. I saw a girl, around my age, with a very familiar face then it clicked Naomi.

"Hi Louis! I'm," she said as I cut her off.

"Naomi. We went to school together." I said.

"I know, I didn't think you would remember me." Naomi said.

"How could I forget your beautiful face?" I said to her with a smile.

~Eleanor's POV~

1 month later

"Hey!" I heard Danielle scream as I walked down the stairs of the airport to her.

"Hi!" I said and ran to hug her. 

"Where's Connor?" Danielle asked.

"Oh, well maybe we could go to get some lunch and I'll tell you." I told her and we headed out to a resturant.

I told her how Connor was just using me and left. "He even left a note saying that he and his wife needed money so he sold the story." 

"Wow, I'm so sorry El." Danielle said.

"It's okay he was a jerk. But, could you drop me off at Louis's flat I need to tell him." I told her.

"Won't that be weird if Naomi is there?" Danielle said.

I looked at her puzzled for a moment. "Who's Naomi?" I asked.

"You didn't look at twitter or the internet? Naomi is his girlfriend." Danielle said.

When she said that I got a shooting pain through my heart. I looked at her and fought back the tears. "Can you still take me?" I asked.

Before I knew it we were there. I walked to his flat and knocked on the door. A girl opened it. 

"Hello?" she said nicely.

"Um, can I speak to Louis?" I asked her.

"She opened the door where Louis, Harry, Macie, Niall, Amanda, Zayn, Perrie, Sophia, and Liam sat. "Come in." she said. 

I just looked at them and felt like dying or crying or both. "El, you're back." Louis said. 

I didn't move and probably couldn't. After a second I just looked at him and said, "I wanted to tell you that I wasn't the one who told the press about the break-up, um, it was Connor and he was just using me because him and his wife needed money." 

I then turned around a let a tear fall and just walked out. I grabbed my phone and texted Danielle,

To- Danielle <3 

I will get home I need time to walk and clear my mind.

She replied and said Okay, love you. I started walking to the closest bridge. When I got there I sat and sat crying. 

"El?" I heard a voice. It was Liam.

"Please don't talk to me." I told him. I looked at him and saw that they all were standing over there.

"What's your problem?" Liam asked harshly.

"You want to know what my problem is? My problem is that I don't believe in love anymore, and I sure as hell don't think I ever will!." I said anger with tears falling down my cheeks. I was standing now. Liam put his hand on my shoulder. I just pushed him away and walked passed all of them and left.
