Chapter 22- Doncaster

~Eleanor's POV~

It had been 3 weeks since the fans found out elounor is back together and it was all the same as before. I had millions of notifications on instagram and twitter, Louis was always working, and the hate was back. Now everybody says that the whole breakup for years was acting and that Naomi's death was planned. Some theories are hurtful to read and others are just hilarious to think people actually believe it. 

Today Louis and I are going to see his family. The first time we went to see them when we got back together was awkward but they were still the nice Tomlinsons so it wasn't a terrible visit. 

Louis opened my car door and I slid into the seat. He closed it and made his way to the drivers side. Throughout the car ride we listened to Ed Sheeran's newest album, 5sos's new album, and any song by The Fray because that is Louis's favorite. 

When we got to his families house in Doncaster we got out of the car and walked into their house. I always loved their house. There was always noise. I liked being in places where there was stuff happening and nothing was silent. Jay, Dan, and Doris were all in the kitchen getting dinner ready. Fizzy, Daisy, and Ester were playing in the family room. Phobe was outside and Lottie was probably upstairs. 

"Hey loves!" Jay said coming out from the kitchen. 

"Hi mom." Louis said giving her a hug.

"Hi!" I said and gave a hug. "Do you need help with anything for dinner?" I asked.

"It would be lovely if you could set the table." Jay said with a nice smile.

~Louis's POV~

We were sitting at the table eating pasta and I was becoming more and more nervous at what I was going to do. I was very quiet at dinner and usually that isn't how I act. I realized my mom noticed at how quiet I was because she was giving me the we-are-going-to-talk-later look and I really didn't know what I was going to tell her.

"Louis will you help me with the dishes please?" my mom asked me.

I nodded my head and tried to help as fast as I could. When I was almost doneclearing the table my mom asked me, "Louis what's wrong, you weren't acting like your normal self?" she asked.

"I was thinking, sorry." I said, which wasn't a lie.

"Louis." my mom said with a voice that said, she's going to get an answer.

"Fine, I'm thinking about proposing." I said in a quiet voice. 

"Excuse me, no." my mom said.

"What?" was all I could say.

"Louis you have been together for like 2 weeks!" she said.

"No we were together ever since a while after Naomi's passing. Also we were together for 3 years before." I told her making myself sound logical.

"Louis please think about this." she said in a more calmed tone.

I then walked out of the kitchen and saw El playing with the twins and talking to Lottie. I love her and I know that, she loves me too. I want to be married to her and start a family and that's all I want. But, I guess my mom is right, I need to think about this.

"I'm going outside for a while!" I yelled into the house then shut the door behind me.

~Eleanor's POV~

It was around midnight when I realized Louis wasn't here. Jay, Dan, Lottie, and I were the only ones still up. I fell asleep for about a half an hour earlier so maybe he came back and went to sleep upstairs. I got up and said I would be right back. I walked into Louis's old bedroom where we sleep when we come to visit. Louis wasn't in there. 

"Jay? Do you know where Louis went?" I asked her as I came down the stairs.

"Well we were talking and he was going to go think somethig through and clear his head maybe." she said. 

When Jay said 'clear his head' I knew what Louis would do to clear his head.

"Where is the nearest bar?" I quickly asked them. I got an answer, grabbed my purse and phone, and started walking because it was very close.
