Chapter 18- Goodbyes

~Eleanor's POV~

I ran to my car turned the radio on and drove. I grabbed my phone,. I saw I had a missed call from Naomi but I ignored and called Connor.

"El, do you have the money?" he said in an evil voice.

"I'm not giving you the money. Do what ever you want Connor! Screw you!" I yelled then hung up the phone.

I had tears falling down my cheek. I got into my house and just sat on my couch waiting for what Connor promised.

A half and hour later I heard the sirens and saw the blinking lights. I had tears rolling down my cheeks this is what my life is. I heard a knock on the door, I stood up, looked at my house, knowing that I wouldn't see it again. I opened the door to see two police men standing on my porch. 

"Are you Eleanor Calder?" the first police man asked.

I gave them a simple, "Yes."

"How do you know Naomi York?" the second police man asked.

I looked at them confused. "She's my friend. Well my ex-boyfriend's girlfriend, but we're friends." I told them.

"Miss York got into a car accident and was rushed to the hospital. She was pronounced dead 1 minute before the ambulance got to the hospital. She was the last one she called. I'm sorry for your lose." the one police man said.

I just looked at him and then tears poured out of my eyes. "I'm sorry I have to go." I told the police.

"Do you need a ride somewhere?" one of them said.

I nodded my head and gave them Louis's address.

~Louis's POV~

The party was still going on and I couldn't find Eleanor or Naomi. I sat down exhausted from searching and stressing about the fact that I cheated on Naomi. 

"The cops are here!" I heard someone yell. 

I stood up and yelled, "Everyone calm down I'll take care of this." 

I opened the door after someone knocked. It was one cop and Eleanor. She had tears rolling off her face and her makeup was terribly smeared. 

"El, what happened? Do you know where Naomi is?" I asked.

El then started crying like crazy. 

"Miss Calder, do you want me to tell him?" the cop said to El.

"Tell me what?" I asked unsure and scared.

El walked in the room and made me sit down on the couch. She took my hands and didn't care even when everyone was watching. 

"I got home and then the police came to my door and told me that, that, Naomi, she, uh, uh, was in a car accident. Louis she died and I was the last one she called. I'm so sorry." she told me and everyone else probably heard to because I heard some gasps. 

My eyes filled with tears and more and more tears. My head fell on El's shoulder. I felt her rubbing my back and heard her crying. 

"I think it would be best if everyone went home." I heard Liam tell everyone.
