Smokeysky was originally an only kit. (Her brother had died.)

The reason why the name is Smokeysky's clan and not Smokeystar's clan is because she ends up giving away her leadership.

The 'clan' in Smokeysky's clan is referring to SmokeClan not WaterClan.

Her original mate was going to be Sunflow.

Steamstar was originally a good leader who was clueless about the whole thing.

Frogpatch was originally good.

Cloudflash was originally an unimportant character.

The reason why everyone was mean to Smokeysky was because Foxpaw had been forced by Snowleaf to spread rumors about Smokeysky.

Smokeysky was never entirely fearless, but she manages to hold back on her level of fear throughout the story. Meaning she was actually scared the whole time, but she hid it from her clanmates.

Smokeysky was originally going to be kicked out for murdering Foxpaw on purpose.

The first prophecy was made up by Steamstar, and Snowleaf was unaware it was fake.

Snowleaf was not supposed to be a copy cat Mapleshade. Her fake story was inspired by Mapleshade's, but her real story was not.

Snowleaf lied to Smokeystar about her origins to try and recruit Smokeysky. But I decided for Snowleaf not to go through with the plan.

Most of the plot was a little too convenient for Smokeysky.

There will most likely not be a sequeal.

Smokeysky's fears were actually inspired by my own pessimism when I was younger. (I used to have very intense fears.)

Most of Smokeysky's personality was not based off of me or anyone I know.

I truly hope you enjoyed Smokeysky's journey. I hope she inspired those who are afraid to overcome challenges you will face. And even though Smokeysky's Clan wasn't very emotional, I hope it touched your heart like it did for me. For the end of this book, I hope you remember this one sentence that sums up the story:

"Someone who just wanted to find their place in a world of uncertainties."
