We walked around for a little while until we decided we would get some cotton candy.
We were at a seat sitting now and just talking.
"So, you and Jordan, still going? " casie asked while feeding matt the cotton candy.
"I don't know, " I answered.
"What happened? " she had a concern expression.
"Well, the last time we spoke we...let's say it didn't end well, he drove away angry and I walked away confused, " I spoke and her brows raised.
"Wow, " she said and I sighed.
"I know, " I said.
"What was it about?" She asked while giving matt some of the candy again.
"Um...this piece of paper...you remember that man that we saw in town the day we met Jordan? " I asked and she put on a thinking expression.
"We saw alot of guys in town, " she said and I sighed and rolled my eyes and she smiled. "But we did, " she smiled.
"The one that gave me the pen, " I spoke and her brows rose immediately.
"Ohh, that weird guy that disappeared,"she spoke and I nodded.
"What he asked you out? " she asked and I rolled my eyes and she laughed.
"Just joking, " she said and turned her attention back to matt.
"It's not really that he asked me out, but he asked me to meet him somewhere, " I spoke remembering that he said i was to go immediately after I read the note.
"What? He's trying to take you away can't you see...they always do that to kidnap people, " she looked frightened.
"No, he probably just wants to talk, " I said. Why'd he want to take me away. And I have to know who he is, he was in my dream and it meant something.
"You know I saw him-" I began but I saw someone I wasn't expecting to see.
"You saw who? " I heard casie while I still watched his every move.
"Well, well, well, If it isn't Brad Collins, " casie spoke and I looked at her then back to him. He saw me.
He kept looking and I kept looking too. I thought I lost my feelings for him, but after all he said and did I still have a little pull towards him.
"Do you guys talk? " she asked and I looked away from him.
"No, " I answered.
"Well, the way you were looking at each other, made it looks like you too were back together or something, " she spoke giving matt her attention. I looked around and my eyes caught brad going over to the adult section of the fair. I need to talk to him.
"I'll be right back, " I spoke getting up.
"What? Where are you going? " she asked but I walked off. Hope she keeps matt safe.
I started towards where I saw brad but stopped when I came face to face with Jordan.
Casie's P.O.V.
Ally just left. I'm happy she understood why I was being how I was the past days. She really is the best friend I could ever ask for.
I sat playing with matt and giving him the cotton candy until he was finished. I checked his bag for some wipes to clean him up.
"This is a surprise, " I heard when I looked up it was someone I never expected to see. Malcom. I looked away from him. I didn't want to talk to him or see him.
"Cute baby, didn't know you were a mom, " he spoke and I ignored him. Stupid.
"Is this really your baby? " he sounded more serious and I looked at him. He looked really serious.
"Casie, why didn't you tell me about this? " he asked and I looked away.
"At which age did you have him? " he asked. Is he gonna shut up?
"It's not my baby moron, don't you see it's ally's nephew? " I asked and he looked at Matt.
"Really? He looks so different, " he spoke and I rolled my eyes. Did he really just use matt to try to start a conversation?
"So what's up? " he asked and I rolled my eyes and looked at him. Ugh.
Ally's P.O.V.
"Hey," he had his hands in his pocket. I watched everyone around us then looked at him.
"Hey, " I said just remembering what happened the last time we saw each other.
We stood there silent for a while just looking at each other when he stepped off and I stopped him by grabbing his arm.
"Wait, that's it? " I asked and he sighed.
"What do you want to say? " he asked.
"How about asking if I'm ok? How about acting like you care huh? How about we try to solve this tension between us, because as far as I know the last time we saw each it didn't end well, " I spoke and he looked away from me then to the ground.
"Ok...Are you ok?" He asked looking at me and i shook my head.
"So now you wanna ask? I'm fine Jordan," I said.
"You wanted me to ask so I did, what's the big deal? " he asked.
"The big deal? What's the big deal? " I asked and he looked at me like he was waiting for an answer.
"The big deal is that, I needed your help with something very important and you drove away, and now you act like it's my fault you got angry, " I spoke and he rolled his eyes.
"Look, I don't know what's going on with you but I-I...I can't do this with this attitude you have all of sudden, " he spoke and I did a little laugh with raised brows.
"Attitude? What attitude? I simply needed my boyfriend's help and he blew me off like hot steam, " I spoke and he did the same thing I did before with the laugh.
"Ally, I'm not gonna do this with you right now, not with this attitude that you have...I don't know what's going on with you but this is not the ally i met a few days ago, " he spoke then he walked away and I sighed and shook my head. He thinks I have an attitude? Wow.
I turned and continued over to where I saw brad, when I got there I didn't see him, but I was just in bad luck.
"Hello there, Ms. Jackson, " I heard and turned just to see my worst nightmare. Could this day get any worst?
