Chapter Forty-two

Jordan's P.O.V.
I was at ally's mom mansion when i got a call that the son of bitch was awake.

I got so pissed that i left. I had to lie to ally, i couldn't tell her. I don't understand why he won't just die, give up already.

One my friend, Zaru picked me up and we were on the way over to my house. When i got there dad was watching a match on the tv. We walked pass him and headed to the kitchen where i saw my cousin Keira and her boyfriend Collin.

"Sup guys, " i called to them. They were busy eating some of the foods that dad had prepared.

"The son of bitch is alive that's what's up, " Collin spoke then took a drink from a beer bottle he had in one hand.

"He's not gonna be for long though, " keira laughed with the otuer two and i smiled.

"Where are tyson and mike? " i asked realizing they weren't here.

"On the way, " Zaru answered.

"Ok, so he didn't die as expected, what are you gonna do now? " keira asked while i took a beer from the fridge.

"I'm clueless, " i spoke turning to face them. "He just won't die, " i was frustrated.

"I guess you have do whatever it takes to get the one you love, " keira spoke and i drank some of the beer.

I will do anything for ally, even if it means killing the ones closet to her.

"Her mom isn't a problem, everyone at her house they're all good, but brad...he as to go, " i spoke and we all stood in silence.

"We tried so many things, " collin spoke.

"What about her friend? " Zaru asked and i remembered casie. She was no harm.

"What about her? " i asked lokking at him.

"Does she know anything? " he asked.

"No, " i answered. Casie wasn't a problem and she didn't know anything or anyone.

"Can the boy talk? " keira asked.

"No, " Zaru asked.

"Cause, he knows alot, " she spoke again and i nodded.

"He knows way too much, " i spoke after.

"Does ally know he's still alive? " collin asked.

"I didn't tell her, " i spoke, "and i told her mom she should wait a few days before telling her, so we have alot of time to come up with something, " i added.

"What are we gonna do? " Zaru asked.

"We have an idea guys, " tyson and mike walked in and i smiled.

Ally's P.O.V.

We had to wait a few moments before we could see him and while waiting. Monica, Kameel, Carla, Ryan, Tyreke and Malcom showed up.

They came and greeted me and hugged me askingbif i was ok and that they had came to visit while i was here but i wasn't awake.

"Carla, " i squeezed her in the hug. I haven't seen her in a long time.

"Ally, I'm so happy you're ok, " she spoke with a smile.

"Yea, but are you ok? " i asked and she nodded.

"Yea, "

We sat and waited impatiently for the nurse to come so i could see him.

"Are you ok? " casie asked. She must have seen how impatient i was being.

"No, " i answered.

"Don't worry, you're gonna see him, " she rubbed my shoulder and i smiled.

Moments later the nurse came. Finally. She had smile so i knew brad was doing ok, i felt more relieved.

She said only a few of us were allowed to go so i went with brenda, casie and two of his other family members.

She opened the door of his ward and i entered. I looked over at the bed and i felt like i would break down in tears. He was hooked up to so many machines had so many strings attached to him.

His ever so cute smile came to mind when i looked at his face. So pale and sad with his eyes closed.

We approached him and the nurse spoke.

"He's still resting, "

I touched his face while brenda's eyes got watery. I brushed his hair back while a tear left my eye. He looks so lifeless.

Casie hugged on to me and i held his hand. She had a sad expression.

"He looks so lifeless," i spoke my voice shaky while more tears came and brenda broke into tears.

"So pale and helpless, " i spoke and more tears continued to come.

"I have so much i want to say, " i said looking at him then casie wiped my face.

"You can talk to him, he will hear, but won't be able to respond, " the nurse spoke and i nodded then i smiled at him even the tears still came running down my cheeks.

"Can i have a moment with him alone? " i asked looking at brenda and she nodded.

She kissed his forehead then she left with her two family members.

"You're gonna be ok right?" Casie asked.

"Yea, " i answered then she smiled and hugged me then left.

I sat beside brad with his hand in mine. I rubbed my fingers against his skin and looked at his face.

"I know you can hear me so just listen to me, " i said and sighed then i thought about what i was going to say then i smiled.

"Do you remember the first day we met?" I spoke. "In the hallway, "

"Monica and sasha hated the fact that you were talking to me, and i felt like i didn't belong but you...you didn't treat me like them, " i spoke playing with his fingers.

"You kept apologizing for all they did and it wasn't your fault and you stood up for me when she throw the drink on me, something no one else was doing, " i spoke and felt like crying.

"And when the whole reported thing went down and you were angry, but still didn't treat me like them, and when your mom had all those bad things to say at the time, you motivated me and we easily became friends," i spoke. "I just knew there was something different about you, "

I smiled.

"You were the one to show me the stadium for the first time, and that was special for me," i spoke watching is face.

"And our first kiss...in the hallway, we were both confused and didn't know what we wanted, but deep down we just knew we wanted to be together, " i spoke then i stayed quiet for a while.

"And after all the ups and downs we've been through i still feel like we were always meant to be, i never regretted being with you for all those months, even though you turned into such a monster and i never knew why, i just wish you could make me understand why you said all those bad things, " i spoke then i kissed his hand and looked at his face.

"I just want you to come back to me, then we could talk about what went wrong, and how to make things right again, " i spoke then sighed.

"Just be ok, " i spoke then i stood and kissed his forehead then i walked slowly not wanting to leave him.
