Chapter Forty-eight

Casie's P.O.V.

I have been trying to get Ally ever since i called her houee and found out she left. I got her once but after that i couldn't get back to her. Monica and Kameel tried calling her but no reponse.

I have been hiding from my mom and talking to her and i don't think i can do it forever. She's my bestfriend and i believe i should be able to talk to her. I'm not gonna let my mom choose my friends, Ally and i have been through thick and thin and i'm not giving up that.

I walk into the kitchen and dialled her number on my phone thatci found on my bed the other day. I was getting myself some lunch. I'm so worried.

It rang but no answer so i decided to leave a message.

"Ally, I'm so worried, i heard you left home, please let me know if you're ok, I really need to know what's going on, " i spoke then ended the meassage.

"So, you still disobeyed me and continue to talk to that Jackson girl, " i heard and i turned in fright just to see my mom standing at the door with folded arms.

I rolled my eyes and turned away.

"Casie, who have you become? You have changed and it's all because of that girl, i need you to stop-! " she started out.

"No mom!" I shouted turning to look at her. She looked at me shocked.

"What? "

"I said No! " i shouted and her brows raised. "I am sick and tired of you trying to rule my life mom, you need to stop it, and i mean stop it right now, it ends here! " i was loud and she stood still in shock.

"Ally is my best friend and i will not let you stop me from talking to her, you may get to choose my high school and what i eat at home but you will not choose my friends," i spoke and she stood staring at me.

"Casie? Did you shout at me? " she asked and i stood looking at her with my face serious as ever.

"You know what, go and have your friends, but when you both drop out of school, i will not be taking care of you," she spoke and i rolled my eyes.

"That's your wish mom, but i bet you this that when ally and i graduate, i will have the last laugh and you will take your words back, i promise, " i spoke then i walked pass her. She didn't say anything.

Later that night the family ate dinner in silence then i went to my room. I sat with my phone waiting for ally to call but nothing so i went on my laptop and started scrolling through Instagram when my phome rang out.

I answered it. It was Ally. Finally.

"Ally? What's going on? Where are you? Are you ok? Please tell me you didn't run away, talk to me, " i answered it.

"I would if you would give me the chance, " she spoke and i smiled just from hearing her voice.

"I'm sorry, I'm just so worried," i spoke.

"Don't be, I'm fine, " she spoke and i sighed.

"But where are you, i called your house and someone told me you left, " i spoke and she sighed.

"The woman that gave birth to me messed up girl so i left, " she spoke and i furrowed my brows.

"What happened? " i asked.

"I found that, William Jackson isn't my father, " she spoke and i gasped. What??

"Wait, william Jackson was your father?" I asked and she stayed quiet. I was right.

"There are alot of things that i didn't tell you Cas, and we need to have a chat, " she spoke and i furrowed my brows.

"I'm here now so lets chat, " i said and got up to lock my room door.

"Well...just to start off with, William Jackson was said to be my father, and maleek my brother, " she started out and the day i found the newspaper in the basement flashed in the back of my mind. He............. raped her. Omg.

"I never told you that he...he raped me," she spoke and i gasped and covered my mouth. I was right.

"And maleek, that insane pervert, " i added and she stayed quiet for a while.

"Yes and just to find out that none of them are related to me, "she spoke and i sat in shock.

"What did your mother have to say? " i asked.

"Well...the man who is actually my father told me she tried to kill him after they got married when she was pregnant with me, she planned up with William to kill him and take all his inheritance and after i realized she wanted to kill my real father for money and riches i got angry and she kept apologizing but if i stayed i would probly send her to the hospital, " she spoke and my mouth fell open.

"Oh my God, " i spoke.

"So i left with my dad, i am now at his mansion, " she spoke.

"That's good, " i spoke then i heard her sighed.

"And it's actually really nice here, you should come over some time, " she spoke and i smiled.

"I would come tonight, " i spoke.

"Really? " she asked sounding excited. "I can ask my dad to pick you up, " she spoke and i smiled. "But what will your mom say? " she asked slowly.

"I dealt with her already, " i asked.

"What did you do? " she asked.

"Don't worry, so are we doing this? " i asked.

"Ok, " she spoke and i smiled.

"I'll start packing some stuffs, " i spoke then we said our goodbyes.

I packed some stuffs and get ready, then i called dad and talked to him, he was away on a trip, he said i could go. I carried the bag downstairs and left it at the door.

"Where do you think you're going? " i heard as i dropped the bag.

"I'm going to stay with Ally tonight, " i spoke as i turned to see mom.

"That's a no, " she spoke and i rolled my eyes.

"See the funny thing mom is that you can't stop me, "i spoke with a smile she stood looking at me then i walked pass her.

A car pulled up at the gate and i left the house and got in it after the man asked for me. He was dressed in suit, this is some rich chauffeur shit. I love it.

We drove for a long while until we drove in through a big gate and down a drive way to a water fountain. I looked at the house in awe. Now this is what you call a mansion.

I got out and the next thing i know i saw ally running down some steps to me squealling. She hugged on to me and we laughed as we hugged.

"Omg, girl i missed you, " i spoke and she smiled then we headed in the house.

The man took my bag in and then i met her father.

"Hi, casie, nice to meet you, " he spoke and i looked at him weird. He sounded familair and looked familiar.

"Thanks for having me over Mr...? " i began.

"Mr. Smith, " he spoke then we shook hands.

"Now that you have met dad, lets go upstairs, " ally said then we headed up the stairs with me still thinking about her dad loking and sounding familiar.

The house was....i don't even know what to say, it was so luxurious.

When we went to her huge awesome room, she showed me her closet then we talked while we went through some new clothes she got. Trying on clothes and shoes.
