(Skyler's POV)

I woke up with a headache and a worried feeling. I had been up half the night waiting for Harry to walk through the door.

But he never did. Gemma told me that it would be okay. She said that he used to do this back home all the time when he had to cool off a little.

But I was still worried. What if he was in an accident?

I got up out of my bed groaning. It was my first day back at school since the shooting. I really didn't feel like going back, but I had to. I was probably already failing classes.

I pulled my hair in a sloppy bun and put on a big t-shirt and leggings. I didn't bother putting makeup on Because I wasn't in the mood at all.

I was pretty sure that Harry went back to his apartment. I mean he hadn't been there in a long time maybe he missed it.

I went into the kitchen and grabbed  a banana-nut muffin.

"Are you okay?" Gemma asked me.

"No." I Answered, feeling tears well up in my eyes.

"Sky, I promise you that Harry is alright." She said, getting up from the couch and coming over to hug me.

"But what if he isn't Gem..." I said bursting into tears. "We haven't heard from him in two days, and it's all my fault." I cried.

"It is not your fault." She said sternly. "You did absolutely nothing wrong. He just got jealous, so you need to dry up those tears and get to class. Maybe he will be there."

I walked to class that morning because I had time to waste. On the way there, I was thinking about all the possible places Harry could have been.

As I was thinking, I walked into The Limestone. I decided that maybe coffee would clear my head from all the shit going on up in there.

"Can I please get a pumpkin spice latte with no whip cream on the top, and a blueberry muffin?" I asked the boy that had his back turned to the cash register.

He turned around and a smile immediately widened on his face when he saw that it was me.

"Hi, Skyler! Of course you can." He said and repeated my order to the cook in a louder voice. "Aren't you supposed to start here today?" He asked, and I sighed.

"Ugh yeah and I totally forgot about it too."

"That's alright you're not supposed to start until after your classes today." He said with a chuckle.

"Yeah, true." I said, grabbing my food from him.

"Hey, would you um...like to hang out sometime?" He asked before I could walk away from the counter. "You know like after work."

"Ethan..." I said with a small smile. "You know I have a... boyfriend right?"

"W...wait Harry is your boyfriend?" He asked, and I saw disappointment make its way to his face. And for a second I felt...guilty?

"Yeah...kinda. I thought you knew that."

"No. I didn't know that. Uh well sorry, have a great day." He said and turned his back to me, walking back to the kitchen.

I felt really bad the rest of the day.

My classes went by really slow as usual. I wasn't really even paying attention most of the time. All I could do was think of Harry and all the places he might be.

I walked into my last class which was academic writing. Usually I would be all excited to go in that class, but I couldn't even think of being excited that day.

I sat in my usual seat, the one that was in the back. Ever since that day that Harry got my seat in the front, this seat kinda grew on me. Harry usually sat to the right of me in the seat that was empty.

There was like twenty minutes left of the class, when the door bursted open and two people came in.

Two people that I never expected to come in together.

Roxy came in and acted like everything was okay and sat in her seat in the very back.

Then the other person came in and sat in his usual seat.

When he sat down, I glared at him.

"I can explain." He mouthed to me. His eyes were wide and his eyebrows were pulled together with a worried look.

I rolled my eyes at him and then I realized something. He was wearing the same exact clothes that he had been two days ago.

"You better be able to." I hissed back at him.

When the class was over, I was fuming with anger.

I got up and started making my way towards the door, not even bothering to look at Harry.

But before I could step foot out of the classroom I was jerked back by a large hand around my wrist.

"Harry what is there to explain?" I asked him.

"Look Sky, I know, God I know how bad this looks."

"Yeah I hope you know."

"Just let me explain on the way home?"

"Fine." I finally said.

We walked out of the class and started walking to my apartment.

"Okay start explaining." I said.

"Okay Skyler look you have to understand that I have really bad anger problems sometimes." He said looking into my eyes.

"Ok."

"And when I heard from that Ethan guy that you will be working with him every day of the week, I just lost it." He said, and once the words left his mouth my heart sank.

"Oh shit." I cursed frantically.

"What?" Harry asked me with a worried look on his face.

"Work! I'm supposed to be there now!" I yelled freaking out. I was already five minutes late to my first day.

"Shit, shit, shit..." There was no way I was going to get there fast enough.

"Hey don't worry, I know a short cut." Harry said.

We jogged all the way there, me following Harry. When we got there I looked at my watch and we had got there in three minutes.

"Thank you, Uh...you can finish your explanation later." I said and patted Harry's back.

I walked into The Limestone, and thankfully there were not too many people in there yet.

"Hey I am so sorry that I'm late." I said walking behind the counter.

"It's all good." Ethan answered with a smile. I took the apron that he was handing me out of his hand and put it around my waist and let out a breath that I was holding for a while.
