"Eijirou, what are you trying to do?" you looked at him for answers.

The male quickly hid the device in his back, "(____)!! Y-you see. . .uhh. . ." he tried to reason but his reddening face failed him.

"I'm sorry. It's just that you were so cute that I wanted to take a picture. . ." he scratched the back of his neck. Eijirou looked at you apologetically and you swore he looked like a really guilty puppy.

"I forgive you, Eijirou," you smiled. His face instantly lit up at your response. You sat up, letting the comforter fall down from your shoulders to your hips.

Gazing at the flustered male in front of you, you rose a brow as he fidgeted on his place. "Eijirou is anything oka-"

"Was it true that Shouto and you had a date yesterday?" his eyes swam with despair. You groaned internally, it was never your intention to let everyone know you and the said Pro Hero were kind of dating.

It was all Lix's fault that the information got out. Though, it's no use hiding it anymore. You took a deep breath before answering, "Y-yeah."

Eijirou finally looked at you square in the eye, he gripped both of your shoulders firmly. "Do you love Shouto, (____)?" he questioned directly. Your eyes went round at his question. Do you have feelings for Shouto?

"I. . .I don't actually know, yet. We decided to hang out to get to know each other," you replied, gulping at the end. The male stared at you for a second before loosening his grip and letting you go. He looked at the side, avoiding your curious gaze.

     "Eijirou?" you called out.

"Y-you. . .you should go sleep on my bed for tonight. I'll sleep on the couch," he said without looking at you. You felt guilty though you don't know why. Not having the energy to counter his request, you nodded and stood up.

"Goodnight then, Eijirou. . ." you smiled at him before tapping his shoulder gently.

"Goodnight, (____)," he replied, turning his head to you but not looking at you straight in the eye. It hurt you how Eijirou refused to look at you in the eye. Was he offended at some point?

You started to walk towards his room when his voice stopped you halfway.

"(_____), I. . ." Eijirou began, not sure how to progress his speech.

"Never mind. See you tomorrow," he said after a long pause. Now knowing how to respond to that kind of situation, you nodded and fully went towards his bedroom.

You somewhat had a good night's rest yesterday despite what happened between you and the redhead.

"Good morning, Ms. (____)," a nurse greeted you in the hallway. You nodded in response and continued your way to your office. You woke up this morning to see Eijirou already out for hero duty. Though, he left a breakfast meal and a note by the table. The food was still mildly hot, indicating that he went out not too long ago.

Making a mental note in your head to cook for him at some point, you ate the food rather quickly and wrote a note of gratitude for him in return.

"(_____)!!" a familiar voice called you out. You turned your head to see the Italian you despise so much. Crossing your arms across your chest, you glared at the man before speaking, "What do you want?"

Lix had a few bruises on his face and arms as a result of your attack yesterday at the cafeteria.

"I was wondering how did your night go with Eijirou," there was his famous teasing attitude again. Seriously, no matter how much you beat up the doctor, Lix still has guts to tease you.

    "Nonya," you replied.

    "Nonya?" the male repeated.

    "Nonya business," you smirked.

"Stop sassing me, (____). I bet that redhead dude is upset that you and Shouto had a date. Ohoho."

You puffed out your cheeks and glared harder. "Aren't you supposed to be doing your duties?"

"I am already doing it! My first task in my to-do-list was to tease you first thing in the morning," the Italian raised his pointer finger up. You felt a vein pop on your forehead and your eyes twitch in frustration.

"Second was to give you these papers," he took out a folder from the insides of his lab coat pocket. Lix specially requested to have a huge pocket inside his lab coat for a dramatic effect whenever he gives out files. You would've kicked him out of your hospital if he wasn't so reliable in operations. He was too idiotic for your taste.

"You and your dramatic obsessions. You should seriously stop watching those detective movies, it gives you ideas. . ." you took the folder while facepalming. "What is this anyway?"

"It's from your grandmother. . ." suddenly his tone got serious. Opening the folder, your eyebrows furrowed as you laid your eyes on the contents inside. "She denied it again, huh. . ."

You've been trying to force your grandmother to let you go to other districts in Japan (specifically in the poor parts) to help the citizens in need. As usual, her excuse is that you are wasting your quirk on nothing. It's not like your grandmother was heartless or anything (but she kind of is), she just want to make sure that your talent is paid equally and fairly. You always thought that was the reason why she wouldn't let you.

Your shoulders slumped down and you pressed your lips into a thin line.

"Don't be so gloomy, (____)!" your male companion patted you on your shoulder. "Anyway, I have to go. Doctor duty calls!" Lix then dashed off to who knows where.

Gripping the folder, you let your feet take you to wherever it wants to go. You didn't even care where you end up in, as long as you forget what was in the folder.

You felt so useless, it was your dream to save people like a hero yet you couldn't even do it since your grandmother was being the wall.

"Ah, (____)," Mai lightly tapped you in the shoulder. Her glorious cherry red hair was tied back in a ponytail.

     "Yes, Mai?" you replied.

"Bakugo needs your quirk again," the female replied, brushing some strands of her hair out of her face.

"I see. . ." you then noticed the dark bags forming under her eyes. "Maybe you should take a break. I heard you had a night shift yesterday," you quickly added.

"Yeah. Maybe I should," Mai suppressed a yawn coming. "See you then, (____)" she waved goodbye and staggered her way out.

You followed her with your eyes as you debated whether to face Katsuki again or not. After all, the male and you had a fight.

What will you say to him when you get to his room? Would he still be angry? Or would he apologize? Maybe you should apologize?

You shook your head, this was not the time to let your feelings get over you. It was your duty to ensure Katsuki is steadily healing and must be back on his feet to resume his hero duties again.

Summoning your courage up, you willed your way to his room.
