Finding the light and the puzzle

Seth's POV

Everything is going according to plan. Adam is mine and the curse is still going! perfect. I see Adam waking up which is great! I smile warmly at him. "Good morning. You slept all day yesterday are you alright?" I ask him. "I have a headache." He says. "oh no." I say. I kiss his head. "I have some medicine that will help with the pain I'll go get it." I say and leave to find the medicine. I come back with the medicine. "Here take this it might help." I say. He nods and takes the medicine. What he doesn't know is that wasn't medicine but more dark magic. it'll make him be with me even more. I smile and hug him. He nuzzles me. "I feel better." He says. "Good." I say then kisses his forehead.

"I seem to be forgetting something." Adam says. "If you've forgotten it then it must not be important." I tell him. "But I feel like it is important." He says. "Then try and remember it." I tell him. "My family they turned on me." He says. "They did?" I say acting surpised. my fake memories seem to be working. I know that Yugi and Atem can stop this spell. So I'm making it so that Adam will hate them. Yugi is his brother so if he hates Yugi maybe he might stop Yugi from stopping the spell. I hold him.

"Everyone just tried to hurt me and hurt you, how could that do that?" He asks while crying a little. "They're just very Evil but don't worry they won't be able to hurt you ever again." I tell him. "What do you mean?" He asks me. "well our kingdom is getting made ask we speak and once we rule no one will ever be able to hurt us again." I explain to him. He nods and lets the fake memoires set in. This is way too easy.

"I love you Seth." Adam says. "I love you too Adam." I say back. Then one strand of Adam's hair turns black. "Your hair it's turning black." I say. "It only does that if something isn't right." Adam says. "But everything is right! We are together!" I say. He nods and puts his head on my chest. I hold him close. "Mine forever." I say. "your forever." Adam says agreeing.

Maria's POV

I'm panicking because I don't know what to do when I see Shadow appear. "Maria listen to me I don't have much time this curse can be reversed but you'll need Atem and Yugi's help. Your going to need to find Atem and convince him to help you. Once you do that get him to use the Millennium Puzzle to make Yugi's light more powerful. That should destroy the darkness. I can't find Atem so you'll need Death to find him." She says. I nod. "I love you." she says before disappearing. I run off to find Death.

Death's POV

I'm in the living room of Jenae and I's house.

(This is their living room and don't question it! This is a fanfic!)

I hear a knock at the door. "Who could that be?" I ask myself. I open the door and see Maria. "Death please help us." She says. "What is it you need help with?" I ask her. "The darkness is coming." She says. "The darkness?" I ask confused. "Dark curses." She says. "I'm not good with magic so I won't be much help." I tell her. "Your girlfriend knows magic." Maria says. "oh no! I'm not letting Jenae go anywhere near the dark curse! I love her too much to lose her!" I tell Maria. "Death if the land dies, Jenae dies with it." Maria says. "I don't want Jenae to die.....What do you need her to do?" I ask her. "She has light magic. She can help find a friend of mine." Maria says. I nod. "Jenae someone wants to see you!" I call out her her.

Jenae comes into the living room and she looks very sick. I go over to her worried. "Are you feeling ok?" I ask her very worried. Jenae leans on me. "The darkness." She says. I hold her close "It'll be ok. I promise this darkness won't last long." I tell Jenae. I look up at Maria. "Who are you looking for? Jenae is in no shape to go looking for anyone. So I'll look for them but only if they can help destroy this darkness." I say to Maria. "Atem. His name is Atem." Jenae says. "And yes with Atem's help the darkness will be destroyed." Maria says. I look at Jenae. She's sick and weak and I really don't want to leave her but if I don't help Maria then this darkness will kill her and I don't want Jenae to die. "Are you going to be ok on your own for a little while?" I ask her. Jenae nods. I kiss Jenae's forehead. I put her on the couch before leaving with Maria.

Maria and I walk for a while before reaching a cave. "Atem is inside." I tell her. "Thank you for helping me." She says. "Your welcome. also Atem better help. if he doesn't and I lose Jenae because of him and the one who started this curse. Then I'm killing them both." I tell her. She nods. "I understand." She says. "Good now I have to get back to Jenae." I say then leave Maria to go back to my sick and hopefully not dying girlfriend.

Atem's POV

I've found a very nice cave to call my home.

(this is the cave.)

I found it while running from the people who wanted to kill me and Seth. I feel horrable for leaving Adam and Seth behind but maybe I can save them. "Atem!" A voice calls. I look to see Maria. "What do you want?" I ask. I'm trying not to be nervous even though I'm pretty sure she wants to kill me. 'You're ok!" She says then hugs me. "Yea but why are you so worried about me? I thought you wanted to kill me." I say. "I'm sorry I don't know what came over me." Maria says. "It's ok I guess." I say. "Atem we need your help." She says. "What is it and why should I help?" I ask her. "Adam needs help." Maria says. "Adam....What do you need me to do?" I ask. "We need to find his brother." She says. "His brother is by the lake." I tell her. She nods.

We go to the lake and we see Adam's brother. "Hey Maria." He says. "Yugi we need you help." Maria says. "What?" He asks. "Adam is in trouble." She says.
