This is seriously random, but I felt like writing down my favorite Cubs players names, as of 2018.
Under each name, I'll write what they do (pitcher, baseman, catcher, etc).
(This is just for fun, so you don't have to read it if you don't want to).
Kris Bryant: Third baseman
Kris is my absolute favorite Cubs baseball player! He is extremely good and is in a lot of the games. (He's also kinda cute... xD)
Jason Heyward: Right fielder
He is a VERY good right fielder and can jump so WHOPPING high.
Anthony Rizzo: First baseman
He's my second favorite Cubs baseball player. Fun fact: He is a cancer survivor!!
Ben Zobrist: Second baseman
In 2016 when the Cubs won the world series, he was the World Series MVP!! He did AWESOME in 2016. (He still is doing good, but he was just FIRE in the world series).
Javier Baez: Infielder
He has a tendency to bring the games they are losing into games they are winning.
Jon Lester: Pitcher
He's really great at baseball, but he is (admittingly) losing his skill as the years go by. Not that he's bad or anything, he is still an amazing pitcher. But sometimes he has those games that he isn't the best.
Carl Edwards Jr.: Pitcher
HE IS SO KIND TO THE LITTLE KIDS!! At baseball games, he throws the balls to the kids allllll the time. He almost did it to my little brother, but it was a wrap up for the practice, unfortunately.
Ian Happ: Second baseman
I'm pretty sure he's newer, but don't take my word for it. (Like I think he came to the Cubs either this year or last year.) He's pretty good at making comebacks in games.
Addison Russel: Second baseman
He was one of the first Cubs players I had the name memorized for :)
Kyle Schwarber: Baseball outfielder
I LOVE SAYING HIS LAST NAME!! Idk why I just do. He was my Opa's favorite player.
