4. Maybe it is just me but. . . I see Bebe with small breasts. Even though she started growing in forth grade, I see her with a B or possibly...possibly a if she is lucky 'C'.
My boobs started growing at about ten or eleven, and let me tell you- I have been the same size since sixth grade- C club for me.
