Chapter 8

You woke up with the bright sun in your eyes. You sat up and realized that Zac's arms were tightly around you. "Morning y/n" he said stroking your arm looking up at you. "Morning" You said smiling at him. You laid your head on his chest and said "what happened last night?" Zac breathed deep and held you tighter. "You fell asleep watching the movie outside. So I just decided to take you home." You nodded and said "we still not dating though" Zac laughed and kissed your head "I know. I know" you smiled and got up and said as you walked out the door. "I'll call you later. Thank you for everything last night."

Later that night you were scrolling though Instagram and stopped at a photo of what looked like you and Zac. One of your friends posted it and captioned it 'Look at these two! Missed them so much😭 @ zacefron and @ (your username)' you smiled at the pic of you guys at the party she held. Zac was sitting on her couch smiling and you were sitting on his lap smiling the same. His arms were around you with a red cup in his hands. You smiled at how fun that night was. You commented 'haha real funny💗' Zac commented something too, 'dido😶' you blushed and sighed putting your phone down.

You were thinking about your dad a lot lately. You tried so hard not to but it was so hard. The only person who could make you feel better was Zac. Which made you not want to think about him even more. You just couldn't take it anymore.

Buzzz buzzzz

Z: Hello?
You: *crying* Zac-Zac-I need youuu
Z: y/n? Are you okay? What's wrong?!
You: Come over baby
Z: I'm coming right now. Hang in there

Zac ran into the car and speed to your house. He thought of how cute it was that you called him baby. The last time you called him baby was when you guys were dating.

Zac ran in and tried to open the door. Locked. "Shit. Y/N!! Let me in!" You we're snuggled on the couch crying. Zac remembered the extra key underneath the doormat. He opened the door and and ran to you and said "shhhhh it's okay your okayyy" you realized it was Zac and said "Zac omg Zac hold me" Zac held you tighter and said "it's your dad isn't it?" You nodded sobbing harder. Zac kissed your head and said "okay okay your okay y/n look at me. Look at me." You looked into his blue eyes and he said in a sweet voice "shhh your okay sweetie." You nodded and suddenly had the urge to kiss him. You wrapped your arms around his neck and said "don't leave me" Zac hugged you and kissed your shoulder "I won't 
y/n I won't ever".

"Zac?" Your best friend said which startled Zac out of his light sleep. You were laying on his chest fast asleep and Zac sat up rubbing his eyes "what's up?" Zac said like nothing was wrong. Your best friend chuckled and said "what are you doing here? Is y/n okay?" Zac nodded and said tiredly "she was upset over her dad". You best friend nodded and sat next to you and hugged you. You woke up and said "mhmm babyyy". You best friend smiled and said "awww you calling Zac y/n" You nodded and hugged Zac more. Zac smiled and kissed your head. You snuggled closer to him and said "Zac, thank you so much." Zac smiled and said "Anything for you."
