Chapter 3

You drove home and changed into a pair of shorts and I sweatshirt and cried on the couch while eating ice cream and watching your fav tv show. Your best friend called you
"Hello *sniff*"
"y/n hey!"
"Hi"
"What's wrong?"
"I went to go catch up with Zac. And I still love him and I don't want too."
"Awww don't cry over him". Your best friend remembered exactly the day hey broke up like it was yesterday
*FLASHBACK*
There was a nick at the door. You best friend got up and got it opening it up to you sobbing at her door. "Omg! Aw you okay?!" She said pulling you into the house as it was snowing outside. You fell to the floor and sobbed in your knees. You best friend tried to get it out of you but you didn't talk until you said the words "me and Zac broke up" your best friend comforted you and you cried so hard that there were no more tears to cry. You went through a phase for about a week were you didn't even get off the couch and were depressed and didn't want to talk to anyone. Your best friends hated to see you like that and never wanted to have you go through that again.
*FLASHBACK END*
"Your okay. Calm down"
"And guess what he did!"
"What"
"He got a call and had to leave the date like he always did while we were together but he kissed my cheek and hugged me like we used to do"
"Awww the jerk"
"nooo it made me realize I still love him"
"Well you'll get him y/n. He'll come back trust me"
You exchanged goodbyes and another call came in. 'Zac🙃❤️' wants to call you' you hesitated for a minute but answered
"y/n?"
"Yea"
"Hi"
"Hi"
"Listen I know the call seemed like my old self but I promise I will make it up to you.....are you crying?"
"Sniff* No."
Zac smiled a little and said "prove it"
You FaceTimed him and couldn't deny it.
"Why are you crying?"
"Because Zac I still.....never mind..."
"Zac looked at you with sweet eyes like he used to when you were dating and he was being comforting.
"Stop it."
"Stop what"
"That look. You did it when we were dating and it made me do stuff"
"I remember" Zac said smirking
You blushed a little and say
"I want to see you again"
"Me too
"Except this time a real date. No phones they stay at home and I take you out to dinner and we talk and have no electronics all night. "
You smiled big and said
"I love that. When?"
"I don't know yet"
"Okay" You said a little disappointed
"I have to go. I'll text you the info."

You smiled a little and that night you got a message from Zac

'Friday night. 9pm. I'll pick you up. Dress fancy. 😉❤️'
You smiled and replied back
'Perfect. I'll be here.💙'
'Ps... no phones.😂'
'Got it.😂'

You smiled and fell fast asleep and thought to yourself. "Just 2 more days".
