Zac was sitting on the couch feeling sorry for himself. He lost you again. He decided to watch his favorite show to pass time on this beautiful day because there was nothing better to do. He was waiting to hear about his movie and was really anticipating it.

"Omg maybe it's the movie agents!" He said out loud answering it

Zac looked at his phone weird. And waited for Matt to come.
"Matt come in." Zac said hugging Matt who looked like he hadn't slept in days.
"Zac...." Matt said sitting on one of the chairs in his kitchen.
"Dude what's wrong." Zac said getting worried sitting across from him.
"Lily." Matt said before breaking down crying
"Omg how did the trial go?! Wasn't she supposed to be in it last night. I meant to call but.."
"Zac she died. The meds in the trial killed her. She was too sick and weak." Matt said crying more.
"Omg..." Zac said tearing up.
Lily was such a sweet girl. She really was. She opened Zac's mind and heart to show why he does what he does. She helped Zac with you too even though she was so much younger then you guys.
"Zac I'm so sorry." Matt said hugging him
"No dude I'm so sorry I feel horrible!" Zac said about to cry
"Hey, I would like you to say something little at her funeral. She loved you and idolized you so much and I think she would like that." Matt said to Zac
"Oh of course! I would love to, I'm so sorry again." Zac said upset.
Matt nodded and left after a few more exchanged hugs and it's okays.
Zac couldn't handle anything anymore. He had a big melt down. Broke also every glass thing in his house crying and yelling of anger. He ripped everything off the walls crying in anger. You just so happened to be walking past the house.
You heard yelling and crying from inside the house and you ran up to it remembering where he left his spare key and opening the door all panicked. You found Zac smashing and breaking everything in a total outrage.
"ZAC!" You scream but he doesn't hear you. You run over and grab his arms and say softly
"Zac zac look at me calm down calm down." You said in a quiet voice shhhing him.
Zac looked at you and cried harder
"Zacccc shhhhh" You said hugging him and bringing him to the couch.
"y/n how did you know to come here?" Zac said sipping his tears
"I just so happened to be walking by and it sounded like you were in trouble so I....I needed to make sure you were okay." You said looking down
"I'm not." Zac said crying again
"Shhhhh Z tel me what's wrong. Did you not the get the part?" You said to him rubbing his back
"She's dead." Zac said with no emotion
"Who?!" You said bending down to look at him
"L-I-Lily" Zac chocked out
"Omg what?" You said tearing up
"She died due to complications on the trial. It feels like my heart has been ripped in two. She was like a daughter to me." Zac said crying
"Oh zac" you said silently crying as well.
"And Matt, he wants me to speak at her funeral and I can't do it without you there. I can't." Zac said looking at you with sad crystal blue eyes

"You wiped the tear streaming down his face and said sweetly "of course I'll be there with you."
"But don't you need time?" Zac said
"You need me more then I need time right now." You said calming down yourself from the news.
"I do need you so much right now." Zac said crying into your chest
"I know, now let's clean this all up okay? Then maybe watch a movie?" You said kissing his head. Zac nodded in approval and calmed down so he could help you clean up.
