As Janus lay in his room, he sighed I may have helped Dianne but still...I haven't enjoyed my prize money.
The next morning...
Everyone is out the next morning except Janus and Stein for it's their off day from scouting. Stein looks at Janus, noticing a glum look on his face What's wrong, Janus?
Janus replied I don't know, Sir, it's just that...I also want to enjoy my prize from the Valor.
Stein breathed in deeply You really have done a lot to help Dianne that you should at least deserve something good. Stein pulled a small leather pouch from his long sleeve Janus, catch! He tossed it towards Janus and cleanly caught it, he frowned in curiosity for it felt and sounded like the inside are coins.
As he looked inside, he's surprised to see gold coins! Sir Stein! Is this--
Stein finished Yes, my gold coins, I halved my fifty gold coins so we have twenty five gold coins for each of us.
Janus said But this is yours, I can't take this.
Stein insisted Come on, Janus, I can't spend all this gold by myself. Don't you know how much a single gold coin is?
Janus shook his head, Stein grinned and put out a three gold coins Let's go to the Chief's hall and exchange these gold coins, we'll make a victory treat for ourselves.
After securing the house, Stein and Janus went to the Chief's hall.
