Haylee's POV
I woke up and Adrian was gone I looked around and I saw a note.
"Went out to get breakfast :) hope you like pancakes!" It said and I smiled
I walked around and I saw he left me some clothes so I went upstairs and took a shower.
When I got out I heard someone downstairs and I walked down thinking it was Adrian.
"Well aren't you a pretty thing" he said and I backed up
"Oh sorry where are my manners im jared'' he said and smiled
''what are you doing here'' i said
''oh im adrian's friend sorry if i came off weird i just thought you were really pretty.'' he said and i nodded
''what the hell jared'' i heard and i saw adrian
''what is she doing here'' jared said
''none of your business'' i said
''it becomes my business when you are my sisters boyfriend'' he said and i widened my eyes.
''jared it's not like that and thats not why she is here'' adrian said
''im gonna just go for a walk.'' i said
''no hay-'' i cut him off
''its fine'' i said and walked outside.
Everything seemed more colorful everything smelled amazing and was just i cant even explain it.
Adrian's pov
''what the hell dude'' i said
''me what the hell! you what the hell!'' he yelled
''we are not having sex asshole! or doing anything! she just transitioned into a werewolf okay she killed her ex boyfriend her wolf was suppressed and only could be brought out by pure anger and I guess he got her angry and she killed him'' I said
"Well shit" he said and I sighed
"Yeah asshole" I said and walked outside
"I'm sorry for him" I said and she smiled
"It's okay I think I'm gonna stay at my friends though" she said
''can i drop you off at least?'' I said
''sure'' she said and sighed
''alright lets go'' I said and we got in the car and we drove off.
The car ride was just full of silence at least till we got to her friend tori's house.
''thanks'' she said and I grabbed her hand and she looked at me.
''look im sorry for everything okay and if you need anything or a place to stay im here'' i said
''i think ill be okay'' she said and pulled her hand away and got out.
Haylee's POV
''oh hun!'' tori said coming outside and hugged me.
''hey tori'' i said
''i heard the news'' she said
''news?'' i said
''james died by an animal attack'' she said and looked at the car
''adrian?'' she said
''you know him'' i said
''yeah he's um a mutual friend'' i said
''hey tori'' he said walking out of the car and up to us.
''haylee knows she's um one of us'' adrian said
