Haylee Morgan is not typically your average 16 year old girl. Her parents died when she was young. She now lives with her abusive boyfriend James but when a certain someone comes along everything changes.
''what do you want to do today?'' he said and my smile went down.
''i actually have something to do today'' i said and he nodded
''it's okay'' he said and he got up and he put his shirt on and i sat up.
''ill link you in a bit okay?'' i said and he nodded and he left and i groaned and layed down.
The one question that keeps going through my head is "who the hell is L.B."
It's driving me crazy and i just want to know. I got up and i took a shower and got dressed and went downstairs and my parents and nick were grinning so big.
''what did you do?'' i said and they laughed
''we got you a gift we had it on your birthday but you know stuff happened so we decided to wait to give it to you at the right time'' dad said and i smiled
''aw guys'' i said and my mom handed me a box.
''i love you guys'' i said and i opened the box and i screamed.
''YOU GOT ME A CAR!!'' i yelled and i hugged them
''OH MY GOD'' i ran out and it was a red car with black rim tires and honestly i was in love with it.

''THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!'' i said and hugged them again.
''ill see you guys later'' i said and smiled and i got in the car and turned it on and i drove off and parked in a clearing.
I grabbed the ring out of my pocket and i looked at it. Looking for something to give me a hint.
''L B'' i said to myself over and over.
''mom is there anyone in the family with the initials with LB'' i linked
''mmmm nope not that i know of'' she linked
''thanks mom'' i linked back and i sighed
I drove back to the lady and when i got off she was waiting.
''who is it i don't know who it is and i want them to be safe so who is it'' i said
''are you sure you are ready to know?'' she asked
''yes'' i said and she grabbed my hand. Flashes of pictures and memories popped up but they weren't mine.
~FLASHBACK~
''im sorry it came down to this maddie'' he said it was a familiar voice and when i looked around i saw him i saw my dad.
''we were supposed to be mates john'' she said
''i know but i can't help it maddie i love her'' he said
''what about him john what about logan'' she said
''change his last name'' he said
''to what'' she sighed like she was tired of fighting.

''just don't be a stranger in his life john'' she said
''he can't know me as much as it kills me he can't'' he said
''why he needs his father'' she said starting to get mad.
''what the hell am i gonna tell my mate huh that i already had a kid with a women who isn't my mate it's looked down on as wrong maddie it's bad enough we are still having an affair okay and it needs to end soon'' he said and she sighed
''fine'' she said
~FLASHBACK OVER~
''oh my god'' i said
''so you're saying i have another brother out here'' i said and she nodded
''logan baker'' she said
''and they know who he is'' she said
''where is he'' i said
''he's close look through your dad's office'' she said and i ran to my car and i drove off all the way back to the pack house and i ran in and saw adrian.
''hey babe you free now?'' he said
''actually no where is my dad'' i said
''um in a meeting with my dad'' he said
''where's his office ill just wait for him'' i said
''down the hall to the right'' he said and i ran to his office and i closed the door and locked it and i looked all around.
Paper after paper and file after file. If i was my dad i wouldn't hide it in plain sight. I would keep it somewhere where its hard to find but also right in front of your face. i looked around and i looked at the wall and i moved the file cabinet and knocked and checked for a hollow space and i finally found it. I pulled the board off and i found papers. I grabbed them all and i put it back in place and folded them up and put them under my jacket and walked out.
''oh hey hun what are you doing here?'' dad said and i looked up.
''oh i just got here and i was checking in on you but you weren't in your office so i was just gonna swing by later'' i said
''oh well what is it'' he said
''i um i wanted to see if i could spend the night at tori's house'' i said
''oh sure'' he said and smiled
''thanks dad'' i said and i walked out to my car and got in and i drove off.
I went to Kenly's and got my ice cream and went over the paper's. Most of them were letters from maddie.
"Dear John,
I can't do this... it's getting to hard to keep a secret. I think it's better if logan went on without a father I will tell him that you died when he was young. I can't keep doing this if its a risk to you and your new family. I wish the best for you and her and your new born son. I will take logan to San Diego and get away from this. I hope you understand.

I looked through all the papers and found an address that was in san diego and i knew it had to be him. I grabbed the papers and i grabbed my keys and went to my car and i drove to the cabin and i packed a bag.
''where are you going?'' nick said and i jumped up.
''nick i can't talk about it right now but when mom asks tell her im at tori's'' i said and he nodded
''i will but tell me why'' he said
''im going away for a few days to find someone okay i can't tell you where'' i said
''alright'' he said
''go to tori's and tell her to keep it a secret make it look like i was at her house okay'' i said and he nodded
''be safe'' he said
''i will i will link you'' i said
''what about adrian?'' he said
''shit'' i said
''tell him the same thing you tell tori okay'' i said and he nodded and i went back to my car and i put the bag in the car and adrian popped up.
