The day finally came where the boys left to go on tour and my heart was breaking. I wouldn't see them for over four months, except for maybe Skype.

We were at the airport. Well the five boys, Simon, and I were. Nobody else was there, though I understood why. None of us wanted to get mobbed.

We had already taken precautions. All the boys were wearing beanies, hoodies, and sunglasses. Simon was in a black suit, black sunglasses, and a black fedora. And as precaution for me, I was in a large sweatshirt of Niall's, sunglasses, and my hair up in a ponytail. We all thought I wasn't going to be as noticable as the boys or Simon because I wasn't as famous as them. I didn't complain.

We were all standing at the gate to the plane, so the boys could get right on and into first class. But the flight wasn't supposed to leave for another five minutes or so.

I was saying goodbye to all the boys. Besides Harry of course.

I had already hugged Liam, Louis, and Zayn and they all kissed my cheek, wishing me luck and fun while their gone. They all said not to hesitate to call or text them anytime of the day.

I had also hugged Simon, who had said, "If you happen to change your mind, just give me a call and we'll fly you right out. Lucky for us, Olly Murs had a free scedule to open a few concerts for us. We are still trying to find a few more acts."

I nodded, "I will."

I waved at Harry and then moved to Niall.

We enveloped each other into a hug and we buried our faces in each other's neck.

"I love you," he murmured.

"I love you too. I'm going to miss you."

"I'm going to miss you too. Promise to call me every night?"

 I nodded, "I promise."

We stayed entwined with each other a little bit longer before Niall's lips found mine.

Our lips moved with each other and a few tears moved down my face, making Niall pull back slightly and rest his forehead on mine.

"Don't cry, baby, don't cry."

"I just don't want you to say goodbye," i wept.

"I am never going to say goodbye, because goodbye means going away and going away means forgetting."

I smiled, "From Peter Pan."

Niall smiled back, "Yes. So let's not say goodbye. Let's just say see you later, okay?"

I nodded, "See you later."

"See you later," Niall confirmed before putting his lips back on mine for one final time before pulling away.

"Niall, lad, come on. We need to go."

Nill nodded and looked into my eyes. "I want to give you something real quick."

I chuckled through the tears, "If it's money, I'm going to kill you."

"No," he smiled, "It's not. it's this." Niall took his arms from around me and they fiddled around his neck for a moment, before coming back in front of my face.

"Your clover necklace. I can't take that," I said, pushing it back towards him.

"Just keep it safe."

i shook my head, "No. You keep it. I know it means a lot to you."

"You mean a lot to me too," he said.

"Niall! Let's go!" Zayn called.

"I'm coming," he called, and turned back to me. "You can give it back next time you see me. Will you keep it safe for me? Please?"

"Fine," I said, giving in, "I will."

A smile appeared on Niall's face and he reached around my neck with the necklace, securely clasping it in place. "Looks beautiful."

"Thank you," I murmured.

"Niall!" Louis called.

"Coming!" Niall yelled back. "I have to go."

"I know," I sighed before cramming my lips to his one last time. I tasted his lips one last time before pulled back and pushing him towards the loading gate.

"Love you and see you later," he said with a smile.

I laughed slightly, "See you later."

Niall took one last look at me and went into the plane, going into first class.

I went over to the windows and watched the plane as it got to the runway and took off for America. I watched it as far as I could before I turned around and started to slowly walk back to the car so i could go back to the flat.

I padded through the airport, watching people say fairwells to friends and family, families going on vacations, business men doing whatever business men do.The normal airport scene.

As I walked, one hand was on my chest, holding the clover that was newly hanging. And for some reason, it felt normal there. Like it belonged. It made me smile.

After a half an hour of milling around the airport, I finally got to the van and got in. Since the boys were going to be gone for four months, and my van was still totalled from the crash, the boys let me use theirs until the got back or I got a new one. It was a pretty good deal.

I drove in silence back to my flat and parked, getting out of the van.

I went into the living room and sat down on the couch, wrapping myself up in Niall's sweatshirt that I had on.

It was comforting. It was soothing. It was home.
