"hey i heard you are a wild one"
the show had been a major success. the whole band performed perfectly and the crowd was full of energy, but still respectful. as soon as you finished eating, you all retired back to the hotel. the band managers had booked joint rooms, with a door connecting them for you guys to stay in. one room for finn, malcom and jack, and another for you and ayla.
you weren't necessarily a member of the band, as you had literally no musical talents, but you were very important to the band. you did a lot of the managing, alongside the actual manager, as well as helping with songwriting. that was your primary spot, song writing.
the band entered the hotel rooms and ayla immediately collapsed on a bed. "i'm so tired holy shit." she groaned.
"you guys did amazing though." you complimented.
"well thanks y/n. you know we can't do anything without you." jack replied, sitting next to ayla on the bed.
you shrugged, "i mean yeah but," you smirked jokingly as you trailed off and finn laughed.
"don't make her ego any bigger." finn teased.
you swatted his arm and plopped down on the other bed. "are we doing anything else tonight? like a movie?" you asked.
"why not." malcom answered. "how about shrek."
"no way that movie sucks." ayla said as she sat up.
"that movie is amazing. a staple in cinematic history." jack joked.
you scoffed and rolled your eyes, "you're all dweebs. except ayla. how about we watch something scary."
"the last time someone said that we watched high school musical." finn remarked, referring to that time with the stranger things cast.
you laughed and finn went to sit on the same bed as you, and malcom was quick to follow.
"let's watch poltergeist!" ayla suggested.
"it's not even scary. how about a comedy." finn offered.
"no, a classic. like the breakfast club." you chimed in.
after a bit more back and forth you decided on stand by me, as you all liked the idea of watching a classic movie. you all gathered snacks from around the room and ended up sitting on the floor in front of the tv.
