wired auto search interview (f.w)

you smiled brightly at the camera once the recording light flickered on. finn gave your hand a quick squeeze before opening up the interview.

"hey fellas, i'm finn wolfhard and today i'm here with y/n l/n to do the autosearch interview,"

"for wired!" you butted in, softly nudging finn's shoulder.

he laughed lightly and nodded in agreement, "yeah, with our friends at wired!"

finn bent down to grab the first poster boards and handed you yours.

"thanks," you said quietly to him before looking back at the camera.

"so, do you wanna go first?" you asked.

finn shrugged, "you start,"

you grinned and held up your board.

"why does y/n," you read out happily.

"why does y/n have followers?" you said after peeling away the first paper strip.

finn laughed, leaning forward in his chair, which made you crack up.

"because she's a clout chaser," he teased, making you swat his shoulder.

"honestly i don't deserve it at all," you said as the laughter died down. "i'm so thankful that i have a platform, even though it's just because of this doofus." you finished while gesturing to finn.

the next few questions flew by, then finn took his turn.

"is finn wolfhard," he said with a dorky grin.

all the joking during your board had put you both in a giggly mood, so finn was cracking more jokes than he usually did on camera. he was pretty relaxed, which made you happy.

"is finn wolfhard dating y/n l/n?"

his eyes met yours quickly and you giggled. finn nodded as you both started laughing.

"i held him hostage until he fell in love with me, there's no going back now," you joked, making finn double over in laughter.

"yeah, we're dating." he finished, giving you another look.

you met his eyes and winked before he looked back at his board.

"is finn wolfhard dead?" he read out before scrunching up his face in confusion.

you snorted and stuck a finger to his chest.

"i mean he feels lively but who knows,"

finn rolled his eyes jokingly and went to the next question.

his other two questions were pretty uneventful and then your next board was up.

"does y/n l/n? oh that'll be fun," you commented with a small laugh.

"does y/n l/n have a boyfriend?" you read aloud before scoffing a bit.

finn leaned his head on your shoulder and made a puppy face at you.

"a quite annoying one, yes," you answered, making finn dramatically frown.

you moved onto the next question, "does y/n l/n have a tattoo?"

finn pursed his lips, holding back a laugh. you sighed a bit before leaning your head back. there was a rumor a bit ago about you having a tattoo after it was seen in a fan picture. some people thought it was temporary because you cover it up with makeup most of the time, due to the fact that you weren't supposed to have one.

"if my mom is watching no, if not then yes. a friend from home gave me a stick and poke in his garage a year or so back."

you held up your hand and spread your fingers to show the tattoo on the inside of your left middle finger.

"i cover it with makeup most of the time," you added with a laugh.

you lowered your held up hand and finn quickly entertwined your fingers, making you smile quickly.

"i think it's very cute by the way," he chimed in.

the rest of the interview went smoothly, which you were thankful for. finn was chill the whole time, which he accredited to you afterward, and you had a lot of fun with the questions. once it was done you both talked with the crew about some details you needed to sort out and then you and finn headed back to your place from some quality gaming time.
