y/n answered her phone with a bright smile. it was lilia, her girlfriend as of a few months. they weren't public yet, because lilia wanted to come out before announcing her girlfriend.
"hey lils! how are you?"
"i'm good beautiful, how are you?"
"better now that i'm talking to you. are you on set right now?"
"we just wrapped for today! i wanted to know if we could get boba tea."
"i would love to angel."
"great, i'll be at your house in like fifteen minutes. bye sunshine."
"bye lils."
y/n hung up and quickly threw on a more presentable outfit before going to wait in her living room. jane parked outside of y/n's house and she hurried outside.
"hi ms. buckingham, how are you?" y/n asked as she climbed in the car next to lilia.
"i'm good, thanks for asking." jane replied.
they started driving towards the boba place while lilia and y/n talked the whole time.
"you're gonna love dirt season two. autumn has so many moments." lilia said excitedly.
y/n grinned, "is there any dautumn content?" she joked.
lilia nodded, "thankfully yes. dautumn is the best ship on the show."
y/n laughed lightly as jane stopped the car. "okay girls i'll be back in an hour and a half. have fun, i love you!"
the two girls hopped out and hurried into the boba place. they got in line and both ordered their drinks. lilia grabbed both of their drinks and they found a table near the window.
"we need to go to the hamptons sometime soon." lilia commented after taking a drink of her boba.
y/n nodded, "yes! we can invite millie and maddie too." she suggested.
lilia agreed and pulled her phone out. "smile baby."
y/n held up her boba and smiled brightly. lilia snapped a picture of her and added some heart emojis before posting it to her instagram story.
"you're so cute." lilia complimented.
"you are too lils." y/n replied before taking a sip of lilia's tea.
lilia giggled at her before taking a drink of y/n's tea. y/n just laughed in response. the two girls continued to talk until lilia got a text from her mom saying to go outside.
"i'm so glad i got to see you." lilia said as they climbed into jane's car.
y/n nodded in agreement, "i miss you all the time."
lilia smiled and kissed y/n's cheek. "i love you baby."
