'Well hello there, I'm guessing you just happened to bump into each other on the way here and came in together.' I say dramatically opening the door to greet Saint and Cass.
Cass blushes while Saint just rolled his eyes at me, 'shut up child, Jordan lives here.' He pats my head and ruffles my hair as a hello.
'Yes Jordan does just happen to live in this impossibly large house and it just so happens we're hanging out on the second floor, right wing.' I say even more dramatically, stating how obviously large the house was.
'Don't tell me we're hanging out in the game room.' Saint sighs.
'That's extra my where we are, why?' I cocked my head at him suspiciously.
'He's challenging me at fortnite again. I lost last time and I bet my car for a month that I'd win the next time.' He was about to continue speaking when Cass interrupted him by chocking on the air.
'Excuse me what? Are you crazy? You bet your car.' She was now waving her hands around in frustration.
'You fucked up.' I laughed in a sing song voice.
'Okay 1.you just got that goddamn car. 2.how are we supposed to get anywhere if neither of us have a car.'
'I mean no one said I was going to lose-' Saint reasoned o my to be cut of again, but by both of us this time.
'You're losing.' We say in unison.
'Trust me whenever he's not preoccupied with me he in the game room, you're losing.' I stated.
'And not only are you losing the bet, you're losing your pride.' She said in sarcastic disgust, trying not to look at my hysterical demeanour so she doesn't burst out laughing.
'Damn, can we calm down I get it I'm shit at fortnite and I'm apparently an idiot.' He huffs.
'An idiot without a car.' Cass blurted out on the brink of tears from keeping in the laughter.
'Or pride.' I laughed making Cass break down and clutch into her stomach for air.
'Guys.' He whined with a pout.
'Aww it's okay babe, you're my idiot.' She pecked his cheek and I stood there probably smiling like an idiot.
They continued talking - or teasing - and I just couldn't help but be happy seeing Cass so happy after everything she's been through.
'You look like a proud mum at prom, stop creeping me out.' Saint shoves me a bit making me giggle and start walking in Jordy's direction.
'Why don't you guys tell Jordy about, you know, this?' They both look at each other and don't say anything.
'Maybe if we don't answer her she disappears.' Saint says in a mocking tone as if I wasn't there.
'Shut up you idiot,' I laugh. 'Cass why can't you guys tell him.'
'He's just really over protective I guess.' I could tell she didn't want to say over protective of her because she looked really uncomfortable, so I didn't push the situation any more.
When we finally reach the game room I don't find Jordy and take the opportunity to go to the outdoor fireplace.
'You really think Jordy would forget about the bet?' Cass says.
'No, so fucking pray you idiot!' I point at Saint accusingly.
'Just tell him you don't want it to happen or something.' He says.
'What makes you think he'll listen to me.' I say still struggling to open the glass slide door.
'Because you can tell that boy to jump of a cliff for you and he'll do it.'
