Rey's P.O.V.

I need to go. I need to go to him. I need to go now. I wake up with a jolt. "Ben!" I yell. I feel hands pushing me back against the bed. I look around and realize that Finn and Poe are sitting at my side, holding me down and Rose is standing over the bed.

"Rey, take it slow. You were out for a couple days." Poe says.

I shake my head. "I was?- Wait, no. I'm fine. I need to go now."

"Hold up, where exactly?" Finn asks.

"Ben."

"And who's that? You kept saying his name when you were asleep." Poe says.

"I was?"

"Yes, now who is he?"

I look at Finn and see a look of dread in his face. He knows who Ben is. He was there the day Han Solo was killed. He was there when we finally learned the true name of Kylo Ren. "Ben... also known as... Kylo Ren."

I look at Poe and Rose. They're both shocked, but Finn seems to be the most surprised and they don't even know the half of it.

"There's more."

"Of course there is." Finn rolls his eyes.

"On Pillio, where I went to go confront him, something happened. It all started when I was captured on Crait, we formed a relationship. I learned more about him. I got to know him. I was so close to getting him back and honestly, when you showed up to rescue me, I was disappointed. I didn't want to leave. More specifically, I didn't want to leave him. And that day, the day he destroyed the Resistance, we kissed."

There's an awkward silence in the room and I can feel their disappointment in me, but finally Finn says something.

"Rey, why didn't you tell us before?"

"I didn't want to tell you because I was afraid you would hate me-"

"Do you love him?" Poe asks. I look at him. He has a serious look on his face. The most serious I've ever seen him.

"Yes."

He takes a deep breath and looks away from me. I look back at Finn and Rose. "I'm sorry, but I need to go to him. He's in trouble."

"Rey, if you want to go, then go, but I am not going with you, to rescue that monster." Finn says.

"He's changed. He's not a monster anymore."

"Yes, because somebody that's not a monster would totally blow up the Resistance. I will never help him."

"Fine. Poe?" Poe is still not making eye contact with me. "No." He says quietly. I look at him confused. Something is not right with him but I don't have time to figure it out.

"Well, then I guess it's just me." I get up from my bed and grab my lightsaber and I'm ready. All I need to get through anything is my lightsaber. I'm about to walk through the door when I decide to say something. "You guys are supposed to be the Resistance. You're a sign of hope. You should be giving Ben Solo hope because he needs it. I thought you guys were better. I guess I was wrong." I leave the room feeling sad. I take a deep breath.

I remember that the Falcon is here. I can't think of anything else to fly. I walk in the Falcon and go to the control room. I sit down. I check the fuel. There's enough. I start the ship and I lift off and turn the ship around towards the exit. I exit the base and point the ship towards the sky ready to jump into light speed. My hand hovers over the switch. I laugh. After everything, I'm still going after him. If I don't get him at the end, I don't know what I'll do. When I first met him, I fought against him, then with him, now I'm fighting for him. I look at the blue sky and smirk and close my eyes. I'm coming, Ben. I open my eyes and I blast off.
