'Do you think you have escaped me?'

'You're pathetic.... How naive...'

'Those that are made can be unmade...'

'You do not deserve this happiness... You will be MINE.' Her eyes shot open and her chest was rising and falling, trying to get as much oxygen in her body as possible. She looked around the dark, cluttered room to see that she was back in her room and still wrapped in Robin's arms. She plopped her head on his chest in relief and gently nuzzled his neck so she won't wake him up. She took a glance at the clock to see that it was 5 AM and she didn't have the determination to stand up and go to bed. She let out a long sigh

"You awake?" Robin said in a low whisper.

"Yes." she whispered back. He didn't respond anymore, he just pulled her closer and leaned his head against hers.

"I'm not a romance expert but I'm pretty sure that you shouldn't be doing things like this when you have a girlfriend, right?" she asked.

"That doesn't matter right now. All that matters to me right now is you." he said. She held back a smile and pinched his arm. He laughed and pulled her closer.

"Tell me when all of this will end." she said.

"What???"

"I want to know when you'll change and be a completely different person than how you are right now." She said, trying to choke back her tears. She clutched at his clothes, trying to hide her tears by hiding in her shirt.

"Hey, hey, hey." He said, pulling her away from her chest. He wiped her tears away with his thumb and looked her in the eyes. His hand cupped her face gently as his thumb caressed her cheek. Little did his know that he was already unconsciously pulling her face closer to his. His lips landed on her's but it was as soft as a butterfly landing on a leaf. Robin knew how to kiss but he let Krystal go on her own pace. She moved her lips excruciatingly slow, not knowing what to do. His hot breath on her lips made her heart beat faster than ever. She rested her forehead on his and they continued their staring contest. Krystal felt more at home in his arms rather than her own room. But in a flash, everything had just fallen apart when her eyes gently land on a stray red strand of hair on his shoulder. It felt as if the wings of the butterflies in her stomach had been abruptly cut off and left to bleed out. She clenched her fists in pure raw emotion, she just didn't know what she was feeling exactly at that moment. Anger, jealousy, pain, betrayal, guilt, sadness, disappointment, everything just came and overflowed in her heart.

"How stupid can I be?" she mumbled to herself.

"Huh...?" he asked, dumbfounded. She stood up and turned her back on him.

"This can't work between us." she said as she walked towards the window and opened it.

"Don't follow me.", was the last thing she said before jumping out of the window and jumping down. Robin was at a loss for words. He didn't know how to feel about everything that was going on either. Then there was a knock on the door.

"Yo, Krystal! I have these awesome movies that you can binge watch for the weekend!" Cybor announced as he barged in her room, only to find a crazy mess and a speechless robin.

"DUDE! What happened?! Did you and Krys get into a fight or something?!" he exclaimed, observing the damage. Robin looked at Cyborg then after a deep breath in, he let out a long and helpless sigh.

"I know that sigh. Tell me what happened." he said. The two weren't always on par with each other but when it comes down to serious matters, they are both able to confide in each other. Robin's indecisiveness is causing so much trouble with him, Starfire and Krystal. His heart cannot decide whether he wants to be with one or the other. He's been pursuing Starfire since the Teen Titans were first formed, leaving her would mean wasting all that time and effort that both of them spent just to be together. But Krystal was different to him, he felt the emotional connection they had and the raw emotion was like a flood that he got swept away in. Being with one will piss off the other, the desire to be with one will hurt the other. Robin was shocked to have fallen for Krystal only after a few months of her living in the tower.

"Man, you really screwed yourself over this time." Cyborg attempted to make light of the situation but Robin sneered in response.

"I just want to say, Krystal really doesn't need this emotional shit right now. He's going through enough that you don't specifically know about." He said as he walk towards the door.

He took a pause at the door and said, "Think about it long and hard Robin. You're not the only one who wants to be with Krystal, you know.", then walked out the door without another look back. Robin's eyes widened in shock, trying to convince himself that what he just heard wasn't true. Krystal's walk out was bad enough but Cyborg's confession really took the cake.

What's gonna happen to them now??
