Chapter 12

KATHRYNS POV:

I woke up to the sound of music playing, I look to my right and see Nash dancing around like a lunatic.

"Nash what the hell!" I yell

"What?!"

"You woke me up you asshole" i say stuffing my head in the pillow, I was going to fall back to sleep but my phone starts to ring it was my father.

K- hello

D(dad)- hey honey good morning

K- good morning

D- I'm about to get on my flight so I just wanted to say bye before I left

K- okay bye dad love you

D- love you, see you in D.C. bye

I hung up and pulled the pillow over my head

"Oh no you don't" Nash says ripping the pillow off of my face

"Ughhh"

"Oh c'mon it's 11:00 and you want to go back to sleep" he says

"Yes" I simply say

"Well that's to bad because we were going to go to the beach today but I guess you can stay here"

"I'm up!" I get out of bed and walk towards my dresser

"I knew that would get you up but if it didn't I would do this" he says walking over to me and starts to tickle my sides

"Nashhhh!!!" I drag his name out because I'm laughing so hard, I'm very ticklish. I drop to the floor and he gets on top of me still tickling me. "Nash stoppppppp"

"Oh what's going on here" Matt was standing in the door way

"This idiot decided he was going to wake me up by tickling me" I said standing up

"On my defense I got you up before I tickled you" Nash says

"Yea whatever" I say

"Ok so I just wanted to say that we are planning to leave at 12" Matt says

"Ok thanks and are we just going to meet in the lobby" I ask

"Yea I think so" Matt says walking away, I walk over to my bag and pull out the pink bikini with roses on it from the other night. I walk stepping into the bathroom, locking the door and change, I step out to be greeted by Taylor and Hayes.

"Hey" Taylor said

"Hey Kat" Hayes said, I love that he calls me Kat

"Hey Taylor, hey Hayes" I say, I walk back over to my dresser and pull out a pair of white high waisted shorts, I quickly slip them on i don't bother to put a shirt on. I begin to brush my rats nest of hair out my hair is such a mess that I can hear the friction between the bristles and the knots. I give up on trying to style my hair and just throw it into a messy bun.

"I'm hungry" I say turning around and facing the boys

"Wanna go get something before we leave" Taylor asks

"Yea sure let me grab a shirt tho" I say and turn back around looking through my suitcase for a top when I found my tank top that says salt in the air, sand in my hair on it.

"Cameron I swear to god! Do not throw me in the water!" I yell as Cameron threw me over his shoulder and started walking towards the water.

"To late!" He throws me in, I stick my head up and out of the water only to see all of the guys laughing at me

"Very funny" I say sarcastically, they just keep laughing

"You guys are so mean" Hayes says walking through them an into the water by me, I smile at him and the rest of the boys come into the water too. I hear my phone ring so I go up to the shore, it was just a text from my dad saying that he has a surprise for me. I narrow my eyes at my phone.

"Surprise!" I turn around and Christina is standing there. I run up and hug her so tight, it has only been a few days since the last time I've seen her but I still missed her like crazy.

"OMG how did you get here?!" I ask

"Your dad was worried about you being the only girl here so he asked me to come and keep an eye on you" I role my eyes at the thought of my dad being over protective but smile because she is here. I let go of the hug and see Taylor walking up the shore towards us.

"Hey Tay, this is Christina" I introduce them

"Hey I'm Taylor, Taylor Caniff" he says she laughs

"I know" she laughs and he blushes it was the cutest thing.

"Well Christina do you have your bathing suit?" I ask

"Yea" she says pulling off her shorts and tank top, Taylor was practically drooling.

"Taylor close your mouth you'll catch flys" I say and he glares at me "C'mon I'll show you the rest of them" I say pulling her hand into the water where the rest of then are

"Kat before we do anything later I have to tell you something" she whispers in my ear

"Okay you can tell me in a little bit, is it bad?" I question

"A little" she says

"Okay guys this is my cousin slash bestfriend Christina" I gestured towards her

"Hi" she says, I can tell she is a little nervous because she is usually outgoing

"That's Nash, Matt, Carter, Cameron, Jack G, Jack J, Hayes, and you already met Taylor" I say pointing to each guy, they all murmured "hey" and "hi"
