ARCHIE!!!

Chapter 14
Third person:
Jason: hey Betts. Who was that and who's wedding are we not planning?  He said causing everyone to laugh
Betty: hey everyone and that's Kevin. He's trying to plan me and Jughead's wedding. She says causing Jason to chock a little.
Jason: excuse me!
Betty: he's only joking... I'm hoping.
Joaquin: anyway... how are you?
Betty: yeah I've calmed down since yesterday.
Archie: that's great Betts! And I also wanted to ask if I can go to New York with you? I know your going soon.
Betty: of course! But why? Wouldn't you rather go with Veronica?
Archie: me and Veronica broke up
Betty: oh Arch, I'm so sorry. Glad me and her aren't friends anymore.
Archie: wait what? You can still be her friend, I'm fine with it betts.
Betty: Archie didn't you realize me and her become friends the same time you two started dating.
Archie: and?
Betty: she wanted to make a good impression on you so she became my friend
Archie: oh wow. How did I never notice
Betty: I thought you new. We all laugh.
Betty: anyway I'm probably going to be in New York for 6 days. 3 days with Polly, Moose and the kids. And the last 3 days with Chic. I'll be staying at a hotel as well, I don't want to invade there homes she says chuckling.
Archie: haha that's fine. I'm going to be visiting my mum and maybe Moose if that's ok.
Betty: that's ok, I know how much he misses you, when ever I go over there he always asks me how you are. I'll book the flights and hotel. I'm message you the details.
Archie: thanks Betts, we all know how terrible I am at organizing things, everyone nods in agreement.
Betty: that's exactly why I'm booking it. Everyone laughs.
Archie: haha thanks Betts, we all better be going now. But came over to my house tonight to hang out. Like the good old days.
Betty: sure, 7pm fine?
Archie: Great. Bye Betts
Joaquin and Jason: bye betts
Betty: bye guys
Betty POV:
Once the guys left I walked into my office and turn on my computer. I decided to look online for flights. I begin looking around and I purchase me and Archie's tickets. I then start looking for hotel's with 2 bedrooms, as I find the perfect place Jughead walks in and greets me with a kiss.
Jughead POV:
Jughead: hey Princess, what are you doing? 
Betty: oh nothing. Just looking at holidays for me and Archie. We're going to New York in a week. She says looking up to me.
Jughead: wait what? Why? Is everything ok? I asked worriedly
Betty: Everything is fine. I always go to New York each year to visit my sister and her family and my brother and since Archie is also visiting his mom and wants to see one of his old friends, who happens to be my sisters husband we decided to go at the same time.
Jughead: oh ok. Do you want me to come with you?
Betty: I can't ask you to do that. Anyway I'll be fine and I'll have Archie there with me. Don't worry.
Jughead: I'll never stop worrying about you princess.
Betty: your the sweetest. She says kissing me on the cheek.
Jughead: Only for you i said with a smirk.
Betty POV:
I go back to doing some work on my computer and don't stop till I realize it's 6:30, I pack up my stuff and head down to Archie's, I arrive at 6:59 pm, just in time.
I walk over to the door and knock on it three times. I wait there for a couple seconds and the door opens, to my surprise I see Veronica walking out, she noticed it was me and said to me "you didn't see anything" to which I reply back with "my lips are sealed". I can't wait to tell Joaquin and Kevin I thought to myself.
I walk inside and I hear Archie walking down the stairs. He walks into the kitchen not noticing me so I creep up behind him and say " hello there Andrews " to which he elbowed me in the face and tackled me to the ground, I was on the ground and everything turned black.
Archie POV:
I hear someone say " hello there Andrews " before I even realize it's Betty I elbowed her in the eye and tackled her to the grown, she hit her head pretty badly on the tile floors. Lucky there was no blood, I try gently shaking her body but she doesn't respond, I lift her body up bridal style and I carry her to my bed. I lay her down and quickly call Joaquin and Jason, I tell them to come to my house immediately, they don't ask any questions. Thank god. I really messed up. Fuck
Jason POV:
Me and Joaquin both got a call from Archie saying to go over to his house and that it's some sort of emergency. We ask no further questions and we hop into Joaquin's car. We live about 10 minuets away from Archie so I new we would make it there in no time. We were about half way there as I began to notice the beautiful rainbow being covered by the rain, it reminds me of Betty. Betty is such a beautiful and caring person. She always has and always will put others happiness before hers. She doesn't deserve what her mother and father did to her. When Betty had the nightmare about her parents and the other night, it wasn't just a nightmare. It was a reality. It was about 1am and I had got a call from Betty crying and hyperventilating, I rushed outside her house and saw her there shaking and still sobbing. I  asked her what happened and she told me everything, how they came back with a knife but as they were so drunk she managed to push them off her. She only told me that and made me promise to never tell a single soul. My thoughts were interrupted when I heard Joaquin announce that we had arrived. I get out of the car and walk straight into his house, he won't mind, right? Anyway we walk in and see Archie pacing around the living room. He notices us and ushers us to his room.
I begin to talk.
Jason: did you call us over to watch her sleep? Because that's a bit creepy...
Joaquin: wait! Why does she have a black eye.
Archie: that's why I asked you guys over, I accidentally did that.
Joaquin: Archie! What the fuck man.
Jason: hold on. Is she sleeping or unconscious.
Archie: unconscious he said looking down to the floor.
Joaquin: ok let's back this all up, how did this happen.
Archie: I was walking downstairs into the kitchen and I must not have realized she was here yet so I was closing the fridge and she says " hello there Andrews " and I got scared and elbowed her in the eye and tackled her to the ground. She hit her head pretty badly. He says looking completely guilty and terrified about what he did to her.
Joaquin: ARCHIE!
Archie: i know. I didn't mean it. And to make things worse Jughead won't stop calling, he's called 15 times already.
Jason: Fuck! He's going to know somethings up.
Joaquin: speak of the devil he's calling me now.
Everyone crowded around his phone
*Joaquin and Jughead on the phone*
Joaquin: hi boss
Jughead: hi Joaquin. Have you heard from Betty? I've been trying to call her but she hasn't been answering.
Joaquin: oh... uh. She's with us, but she feel asleep a while ago.
Jughead: oh ok. When she wakes up can you tell her to call me?
Joaquin: Sure
Jughead: Thanks and bye
Joaquin: bye boss
*Call ends*
Archie: that went better then I expected.
Jason: Same. But what are we going to do about Betty and her black eye? She definitely can't go to work tomorrow and no amount of make up can cover that up. But if she doesn't go Jughead will definitely no somethings up.
Joaquin: I googled some remedies and it said lip balm can help the discoloration go away. He says hopingly
Archie: Betty always has lip balm in her pocket. Thank god.
We grab the lip balm out of her pocket and apply  it under and around her eye. We leave the room and decided to check in on her in an hour.
We go into the lounge and sit down in silences for a couple minutes to process what has just happened.
Archie: what do we do now? Jughead wants her to call him but she's freaking unconscious.
Joaquin: ok calm down. This is the plan. She is going to stay here for today and tomorrow. I'm going to the bar tomorrow and I'll say she got sick and is staying with Archie. He doesn't know where Archie lives so he can't check up on her. Hopefully she will wake up soon, then we can figure out the rest from there.
