They met again at Inkigayo the next week, when BTS had their comeback stage and Blackpink was nominated for their first win with their new song.

"Let's go greet our seniors", Jisoo said when they were in their waiting room. "Who is here today?" She bit her lip thinking and then sighed. "I miss being a MC."

"I thought it was so much work?", Jennie teased and tugged on her arm. "Let's go, we'll see the names on the doors anyway."

As it turned out, there weren't even that many seniors. And besides BTS none they hadn't already seen the week before.

"Do we have our signed album?", Chaeyoung asked when they stood in front of their waiting room. "We should give them one."

Jisoo nodded. "It just has our names, do you want to add anything?"

Jennie slowly nodded. "I think I want to", she said and reached for the album and the pen Jisoo handed her.

Lisa looked over her shoulder. "Let's work good together?"

"Yeah, since Yoongi and I'll be collaborating", Jennie confirmed.

"Aaaah", Lisa said and knocked on the door. "Right."

The door opened a bit and a manager looked outside.

"Hello", Jisoo greeted and they all followed her lead. "We're Blackpink, we wanted to wish good luck and give you our album."

"Blackpink!", someone inside exclaimed.

"Open the door a bit more, we're all decent", someone else said. "And we've met before, don't worry."

Jimin and Namjoon appeared at the door and grinned at them.

"Hey", they greeted again.

"We wanted to give you our album", Jennie said and handed it to Namjoon. "And good luck on todays stage. Your songs are great, by the way."

"Thank you", he said. "I liked your album a lot, too. I actually did buy some of your songs already, but thanks for the physical copy."

"Yeah, don't give it to him, he might break it." Yoongi appeared but made no move to actually take the album from Namjoon. "Good luck to you too", he added. "I'm sure you'll get first place."

Jennie smiled. No matter how hard she tried to be confident, it sometimes wasn't enough. Hearing his words made her feel more certain, better about todays performance. Somehow she felt they would get the trophy, no questions asked.

"I'm sure too", Jisoo said cheerfully next to them. When she saw how everyone looked at her she shrugged. "Does no one of you actually calculate things? We are the strongest in digital, in physical, by far in the social network points ... we only have to do as good in the performance as always."

"You're right", Jennie said slowly, thinking everything through. They were in second place in most charts - after BTS' comeback song, but they weren't nominated and their YouTube views were shockingly high. Jisoo did have a point.

"Hey, do you want our album too?", Namjoon suddenly asked. "I'm sure we have some copies around."

"Yes, please", Chaeyoung said and jumped excited up and down.

"Jungkook", Namjoon called out into the room. "Get one of our albums and a pen and everyone of the boys!"

Shortly after they were all standing in the doorway and waiting for their turn to sign the album.

"Look, it's black and pink", Jin said, holding his black album next to the pink Blackpink album. "It fits!"

Jennie saw Yoongi rolling with his eyes and had to grin.

Their album was quickly given to everyone of the boys now as well.

"The message is for Yoongi, right?", Hoseok asked.

Jennie nodded. "Since we're collaborating with Tablo ..."

"Take care of him", Jin said, ignoring the death glare that began to come from Yoongi. "He may not seem like this but he's a big softie."

"Jennie is too", Jisoo said in a loud whisper, as if she were conspiring something with Jin. Both of them now ignored Jennie and Yoongi, who only looked annoyed now. "She has this bear she takes everywhere when she can't bring her dog to cuddle."

"Hey", Jennie said and punched her slightly. "I have a reputation to maintain. Stop this."

"You have a dog?", Yoongi asked.

"Jisoo and I have a dog each. Mine's Kuma and her dog is Dalgom", Jennie answered. "Do you?"

They all nodded. "My dog's name is Holly", Yoongi said, kind of shy. After that the conversation began to be about pets and Jennie smiled happily. She loved her dog and she liked every animal lover instantly more.

"You have to finish getting ready", the manager sadly said shortly after to the boys and bowed slightly to the girls. "Thank you for coming."

"Bye!", they all greeted and bowed as well, before hurrying back to their own waiting room.

"That was longer than expected", one of their stylists said while laughing.

"Oh, we met some friends", Jisoo said.
