Chapter 7

Stefan's POV

I went to the bathroom. I found a pregnancy test. I found out that the pregnancy test was positive. How could that be possible vampires are infertile. Elena is a vampire. I am a vampire. I go out and ask Elena about it.

"Elena? Are you pregnant?" I ask.

"Maybe," Elena says.

"What do you mean maybe," I say.

"Because I know that pregnancy tests can give you a fake positive. So I went to the doctor and I got a blood test," Elena says.

"And?" I ask.

"I don't know yet," Elena says.

"Okay," I say.

Elena then got a call. She answered her phone. It was her doctor.

"Hey, is this Elena Salvatore?" Jadyn says.

"Yes," Elena says.

"Okay, you are pregnant," Jadyn says.

"Okay," Elena says.

Elena then went in and started puking. Stefan came in and held her hair. She then brushed her teeth. She then went in and laid back down. That is why she was staring at her mom's photo when she was pregnant with Jeremy. She was asleep so I slipped out of the house and went to go call Bonnie and tell them what we decided.

On the phone

"Hey," Bonnie says.

"Hey. So the house next door to ours is vacant and Elena is missing you so we were wondering if you and Tyler could move in next door?" I ask.

"Yeah," Bonnie says.

The next week.

Elena was in the bathroom puking again. Bonnie came in and saw her. She was done so I let her hair go and then Elena went and brushed her teeth.

"Is she okay?" Bonnie asks.

"Yeah, just morning sickness," I say.

"Oh, okay," Bonnie says. 

I looked behind me and Elena was puking again. I went in and held her hair. She was done she brushed her teeth again. She then went in and laid down. I went over and laid next to her. I had some cold, wet rags I put some on her head. She was asleep. Bonnie came in and sat there. Then she got a call. I listened to it.

"Hey, Tyler," Bonnie says.

"Where are you at?" Tyler asks.

"I am next door," Bonnie says.

"Okay," Tyler says.

Tyler then hangs up and Bonnie comes in.

"How did you get Elena pregnant?" Bonnie asks.

"I don't know," I say.

"Okay. I have to go," Bonnie says.

Bonnie left. Elena was puking again. She then went back to sleep. I went over and made sure that Bonnie made it home. I then went in and laid down next to her. She slept for a while. It was then night. So I went to sleep next to her. I pictured our baby. I woke up and Elena was in the bathroom. She was puking again. I held her hair. I then went in and laid her down again. I laid there. Elena was asleep. Bonnie was in the door frame.

"Is she asleep?" Bonnie asks.

"Yeah, why," I ask.
