This was the question constantly on Eugene's mind lately. He had realized how much everything had fallen around their ears, and how much he's detoured from his original path since the death of Augustine. What they've done to people - innocent civilians, those soldiers with families - it was hard to keep down. Delsin had convinced him everything would be fine. "It'll be fine, dude!" He said.
Eugene was starting to regret his decisions.
Was it really worth taking all those lives? They had the ability to save them, yet they didn't.
Eugene shot out of bed, throwing off his sheets, then snatched his hoodie and his keys. Tossing it on, the conduit left the apartment and raced down the stairs. He'd make things right.
He'd be the angel others needed.
