P.J.M

"YOU WANNA try saying that again, you little wannabe punk?!" I yell, storming down the hallway full of wide eyed and interested teens. "Cause I'd just love to hear it!"

"Yeah, that's right! Your boyfriend is so puny and weak! I think Taehyung is growing out of his role," the annoying brat continues to egg me on.

Seokjin Hyung said I couldn't hit or threaten those who insult me. He never said anything about those who insult people around me. This Gitae boy better be ready.

"He's my step brother, you disgusting idiot. And yesterday, it seemed like he was the one who got you scared like a little baby! Oh, yeah, I remember that little moment. You're scared of him, aren't you!" I grab Gitae's annoying uniform collar and slam him against the very conveniently placed lockers.

Gitae's eyes go wide for a split second, before he grabs my wrists, gripping the tightly. His friends all seem about to pounce, but he shoots them that look that says this fight is all his.

"Oooh, that's just because he's so pretty! So pretty for a boy, I was shocked," Gitae blabbers.

I grit my teeth, slamming him against the lockers again. He can't insult my first mission target. That kind of title holds a special place in my heart. Plus, Min Yoongi seemed upset yesterday. Like he was shaken for some reason. And this guy just really deserves to be punched repeatedly in the face.

"Well I'm gonna mess up your face so badly, it'll be the complete opposite of my 'pretty' brother's face, got that?"

A hand gently rests on my shoulder at that moment. I want to groan out loud. Annoyed, I turn to look at Min Yoongi, who watches me with a definite "don't you dare" type of look. I return it with a "but I really want to" look. Yoongi shakes his head ever so slightly. Seokjin's calm voice sounds in my head. He said a lot to me about staying control under cover last night. With a heavy sigh, I shove Gitae back and let go.

He chuckles as I step back with Min Yoongi.

"Pathetic. He has you wrapped around his finger," Gitae snickers as we walk away.

But I keep my mouth clamped shut and focus on moving away from him.

"Do you have anger issues or something?" Jungkook asks me when Yoongi and I sit down for study hall.

"What are you talking about?" I stare at him in confusion.

And slight annoyance. As soon as Yoongi started talking to him about manga and anime yesterday, he'd opened up and had no fear in asking questions. It's a slight bother.

"I heard that you were all over Yong Gitae earlier," Jungkook explains as Yoongi pulls out a textbook.

I let out a sigh, closing my eyes for a slight second to gain control.

"I'm just a very passionate person. He was insulting my brother," I reply. "Besides, I didn't actually hit him. That's exactly what he wanted."

"I heard you did hit him. And that you definitely have anger issues," Jungkook says at that, turning back to his own textbook.

A strange sound comes from Yoongi. Was that some sort of snort?

"I don't have anger issues!" I hiss.

Both Jungkook and Yoongi jump and glance up at me. I breathe in slowly and nod carefully.

"I'm just passionate," I continue.

"Jungkook, you shouldn't believe everything you hear," Yoongi instructs the younger boy, who nods solemnly.

Another wave of jealousy passed over me. I'm supposed to be the one getting close to him. Pursing my lips, I lean over to get out my own homework.

"What's the deal with stupid Gitae anyway?" I ask, sitting up straight again. "He's so annoying, and he really pisses me off. There has to be a reason."

Jungkook shrugs.

"Gitae's just mean. I don't really know much about him. All I know is that he's in some sort of school gang network, and he always has some poor student running around and doing errands for him. He's been a jerk for as long as I can remember," Jungkook informs me.

"A stupid, annoying jerk," I mutter, angrily flipping open a notebook.

"Don't let him bother you. That'll only make him want to annoy you more," Jungkook warns. "I would probably be one of his minions by now. But..."

"But..."

"Ugh. My dad's the principal," Jungkook admits, looking suddenly sad for saying it.

Now Yoongi and I have to feign surprise.

"Oh, wow. That's...uh...cool," I manage to get out.

"You probably think I suck now, don't you?" Jungkook mumbles pitifully.

"Of course not, Jungkook. Who cares who your Dad is," I insist. "It's kinda cool. You must have like...inside access."

"Inside access? To what? Gitae's arrest record?" Jungkook shakes his head. "My dad's job is nothing interesting. Trust me."

I internally curse, wishing he'd have more enthusiasm and therefore more to tell us.

"No, like maybe something more shady? Say, illegal?" I suggest as subtly as possible.

Which apparently isn't subtle enough, because I feel a sharp pressure against my ankle suddenly and glance up to see Yoongi staring me down. It's only until I purse my lips and shut up that he pulls his foot away from mine. Luckily, Jungkook has barely noticed. It's a good thing my first undercover operative target is this oblivious. And that I have Yoongi.
