Chapter 23;

Alex speaking.
14/3/17; 8:30 A.M

Weekday routine, woke up by the loud sound of the alarm clock. But this time, I was at Conor's house. He invited me for a sleepover so I could also meet Anth, the guys who owns the house. I already was a fan of his rap abilities and I'm happy that we got along well. I looked at the other side of the bed to see Conor, still sleeping. I smirked then started jumping on the bed, removing the blanket of off him.

"Conor ! Get up !"
"Ummm" he grumbled, still having his eyes closed while searching for the blanket with his hand which made me laugh.

"Don't make me throw cold water at your face, get up or we will be late." I said in a more serious tone.
"Fine." He murmured while lifting his upper body up.

I smiled victoriously then went to the bathroom to you know, do the usual. I then opened my phone to notice a weird text message from an unknown number.

"I miss everything about you."

I stared at my phone for a couple of minute nervously. What the fuck ? Can't I just have a normal life without weird shits happening to me every single day ?

"Okay. Who is this ?"
"Do you really wanna know ?"
"I wouldn't have asked if I didn't."
"Meet me in the back of the university once you finish your classes. Don't tell anyone and come alone."
"The fuck ? No you creep. Tell me who you are now and don't waste my time."
"You better come, or else.."
"Or else what ?!"

The message won't deliver anymore. This might be some kind of prank that I shouldn't pay attention to. I put my phone in my pocket and went out of the bathroom, all ready.

I grabbed a croissant that was here since yesterday night and so did Conor.

"Let's go !" He ordered.

I nodded and we went to the car to drive our way to Harvard. We were silent the whole ride and I kept looking through the window, thinking about this text. My best friend surely noticed that something was up but he was probably too sleepy to start a conversation.

We arrived to the university when my phone biped again, I took it out of my pocket, hoping it wasn't another creepy text. I felt relieved after seeing Ethan's name on my lock screen.

"Last step, done."
"Huh ?"
"Nothing sweetie nothing. Hope you have a wonderful night."

Okay what the hell ? Since our hook up he have been sending me some weird messages like this one. First he sent me "step one, done." And ect until "the last step." And why the freak did he say night instead of day ? It's only 9:30 A.M.

"Alex ?"

I jumped by surprise. It was Conor staring at me.

"Um- yes."
"I had an emergency I really need to go. Sorry to leave you alone."
"Wow, what happened ?"
"Um- I'll explain later. Bye." He seemed very frustrated, he ran to his car, leaving me here all alone. Can this day get any weirder ?

I sighed, remembering that Sabrina isn't here either today. Boredom is going to take over me the whole day.

14/3/17; 1:30 P.M

Finally done with my classes. Those 4 hours and a half felt like an eternity. I unlocked my phone to see a text from Grayson, it took me a few minutes to believe it, why is he texting me ? Since saturday I haven't talked to him because Ethan told me not to do so and I mainly went to Conor's to avoid him and he haven't even bothered talking to me either.

"I'm coming to pick you up."
"It's fine. I'll just walk."
"Shut up. I'm coming in 10."

I sighed and rolled my eyes. Whatever. I was about to walk to the main exit when someone grabbed me by the hand and pushed me to the tree behind me violently. I could feel a huge pain in my back. Everything went so fast. I closed my eyes because of the pain and I could feel a hot breath hitting my face.

"I warned you, I waited for you, you didn't show up."

I kept my eyes closed. I could know his voice and his perfume between thousands. Please no, I'd rather anyone but him.

"So baby, why aren't you looking at me ? Didn't you miss me ?"
"You- you're crazy. Let me go."

I finally had the courage to speak and look at him. He haven't changed. Still a psycho.

"No. I Iet you go one time, not gonna happen again."

He approached his face to my neck and started smelling my perfume. A huge smile formed his lips. I tried to push him off of me but he was just too strong.

"You smell good."
"No. Let me go."

He just ignored me and started leaving kisses down my neck, fear was taking over me. I couldn't move, or scream anymore.

"Give me a reason not to take you right here, right now."

I took a deep breath and used all my strength to push him off me. I wanted to run but my back was hurting me way to much to be able to be fast. He grabbed my hand again but this time, a lot more strongly.

"Let me go, you're hurting me Nate. We're over ! Please stop !"

He once again ignored me and glued his body to mine, trying to kiss me.

"Stop !!" I almost begged.

"He told you to stop, are you deaf or just completely stupid to not understand what he just ordered you to do ?"
