Tails followed Gracelan, the last of his family, down the hallway. Sonic was in front of him. The whole place rumbled and shook. Gracelan stumbled. Tails ran over an held her up. Tears streaked down her face. Something shiny appeared out of nowhere. The red light took form into something. A red ghost like echnida. Redford nodded. Gracelan smiled. "You fought well my brother." The red light slowly faded away into the air. "We need to keep moving." She said to the fox and the Hedgehog. They made way to a huge door towards the back of the temple...or castle. Tails wasn't sure still which it was. The door was magnificent, two stone carved foxes stood guard, they had to have been at least fifty feet tall. Gracelan stumbled again. This time onto the ground. Her breathing rough, she held herself up with her hands. Sweat trickled off her forehead. She looked up at the blue spark before her. Sonic felt a pain in his chest. It was short but enough for him to notice. The blue spark revealed a violet colored Hedgehog. Gracelan rose up and took the Hedgehogs hand. Pressing her forehead up against the vilollete Hedgehog. "My sister...You fought well." The Hedgehog nodded before disappearing just like Redford did. Gracelan turned around tears streaming down her face. "Tails.....it's time." Gracelan chanted something. The doors creaked open. The two stone Fox's moved inwards towards the door grabbing hold of the handles and opening the door. Light flooded the floor. Blinding the fox. Gracelan turned around, "Tails, Sonic....." Someone interrupted her. "Well, well, well Gracelan...is this were you have been all these years?" Sonic and Tails turned around to be faced with someone familiar...... someone pink. "Amy?" Sonic said confused. "Sonic..." The frail voice said before changing again. Something deeper and something more evil. "This place will crumble before me....nothing can stop Sin." It was not Amy, something.... different. Tails knew. "Finis." Gracelan said coldly. "You may have killed my sister.....you may have killed her husband.....you may even kill me...but nothing can stop the prophet." The pink Hedgehog smiled. "So be it." The place rumbled. The pink Hedgehog fell to the ground in a small heap. A black ghostly fox took shape. "You two need to leave!" Gracelan said. She began chanting things. Pieces of rubbles flew her way. She deflected it with some unknown force. "Give up Gracelan....You will never win!" Finis said chuckling. Sonic ran over to the pink Hedgehog who was unconscious and picked her up. "Tails we need to go!" He said. Tails looked up at the black fox before him and his aunt. "I may not win....." She said smiling. "But I'm sure as hell gonna make sure my nephew does." She chanted something, the cieling fell onto the black fox engulfing him in a huge heap of rubble. Silence struck the room. "That won't stop him for long." Gracelan said exhausted. "You guys need to leave." Sonic ran towards the opening, the light of day shining through like heaven was just outside. Tails took his aunt's hands in his. "What about you?" He said teary eyed. Tails knew the answer...but he didn't want to have to accept it. Gracelan wiped a tear off her nephew's face. "We will meet again my nephew.....we will meet again soon." She put her forehead up against Tails. She pulled back. "Now go!" Tails nodded as the rubble began shifting. Tails ran towards the heavenly opening. Sonic nodded towards Gracelan. He received a nod in return.  "Long live the Fallen Angel." She yelled just before the fox and Hedgehog threw themselves into the light of day.

Gracelan looked at the rubble falling away reavealing the black god of sin and pain. She smiled. "You have been wiped clean off this planet." The god said revealing her fate. "Maybe so....but I'll be back....and so will Initium." The black God growled before shooting the orange fox with a burst of purply light.

Tails stumbled and fell to the ground. Gracelan..... She was gone. Sonic helped the fox back up. The pink Hedgehog still in his hands. "C'mon Tails, we need to keep going." Tails rose up and nodded. He noticed in the corner of his eye an apparition of an orangy fox.  He smiled. "May we meet again my aunt." Tails continued to run into the the blinding light knowing that this battle wasn't over.....not today...not tommorow....but sometime soon.
