Endings

Tails finished translating the page. "Sonic.....Its the prophecy but I now understand what and who its talking about." Sonic looked up. "Whats that?" A rumble shook the whole building. Eggman looked up. "He is here." Amy had a horrified look on her face. "We need more time!" Sonic said throwing fists on the book. Eggman got up. "I can hold him off with the robots for a few minutes,  but you mobians need to think something quick." Tails nodded. Eggman pressed something on his arm. "Assemble the bots for one last run." Eggman said looking at the blue hedgehog. "I'm not good with this kind of stuff but it was good fighting with you my friend. You were a good rival." Eggman held out his hand. Sonic looked at the hand and took it in his own. "To the best villain known to mobius, you were a good rival as well.....and a good friend." They dispersed their hands. The eggmobile lifted out of the floor behind the group. Eggman walked towards the machine. He jumped in and looked at the group of mobians. "We may have been enemies.....but today....we are friends....beat that damn god for me." Eggman lifted off into the hatch that had opened up. It closed a few seconds later. The sound of lasers and rumbling sounding outside. Tails held himself up on the edge of the wall. "You two need to go." Sonic got up and walked over to the fox. "We arn't leaving you." Sonic looked over at the pink hedgehog. She shook her head in agreement. She grabbed a weapon off the wall. A huge hammer, not quite the same as hers, but close. "Friends to the end." She said. Sonic smiled. "Sonic....there is something you need to know." Sonic moved his ear up to the fox's mouth. "I....I..." A huge rumbling sounded. The door to the lair burst open. The black fox god  revealing himself. Sonic and Amy stood at Tails side. A standoff. The black god moved his hand in a throwing motion. A body hit the floor. Eggman. "For a human....he put up quite a fight." Amy ran to the badly hurt doctor. She dragged him back. "I...I tried my best." Eggman said struggling. Tails reached down. With his hand. "You did well my friend, but I'm not letting you die on my watch."  Amy looked up at the god. "You cruel bastard." She yelled and began running towards the god. "Amy!" Sonic yelled. The god made a swishing motion to the right. The pink hedgehog got slammed up against the wall. She moaned sitting in a heap. Sonic looked at what had happened to his good friend. He ran towards the black god. "You may have hurt my friends but I'll be harder to kill!" The black god tried to flick the hedgehog out of the way but he was to fast. Sonic grabbed a piece of shrapnel of the ground and drove it into the fox's chest. Sonic jumped back. The god looked at the metal in his chest. He looked back and smiled. He pulled it out slowly. The metal hit the ground clanking. Sonic got thrown up against the wall. Blood dripped down his head. His vision was starting to get blurry. He watched as the god came towards him. "It ends here you blue freak."

"Wait!" Tails yelled down the hallway. He looked at his hurt friends around him. All had fought well but it was time to face fate. He limped down the corridor. "You forgot about one last mobian." Tails said standing strong. The black god smiling turning his attention towards the fox. "No....Tails." Sonic said weakly. "Is this who you put all your faith in? The Prophet? Look at him....he can barley even stand!" The god said amused. "I may not be strong, I may not be what people expected, and I may be a mutant, but you Finis are going to be sent back to the hell from whence you came." The black god growled. "So be it." He shot a purply light bolt towards the fox. Striking him right in the chest. "Ahhh!!!" Tails screamed. "Tails!" Sonic yelled tears streaming down his face. Another bolt of lighting came and struck the poor yellow fox. Tails screamed again in pain. "End of the line prophet." The god said. Tails fell to his knees. This was it. The end. He tried. He put up a fight. His friends put up a fight. It was done. It was over........
